~few more years later~

The only visitor I ever got was Toriel. She came by everyday at the same time. It was normally quiet but every so often I could hear her humming or talking to herself. Like once she started ranting to herself about regretting locking herself in the Ruins without Asriel. I could only sit there not feeling anything.

But one day I got a different visitor. I could sense it wasn't Toriel. She emits a strong and kind sense of magic but this one was confused and sad sense of magic. So it was a monster but who. I remembered Toriel locked the door to the Ruins so who could possibly be here. It wasn't Froggits, Whimsums, or Moldsmals because they weren't premited there. Toriel was still their queen. So who could it have been?! But I could sense that whoever it was, was crying.

When they spoke, it was a voice I had never heard before. "Ch-Chara? Is that you? Is this were you've been all this time?" The voice was a high pitched, empty, broken, and sad kind of voice. Since they called me I teleported to them. When I got to the top of my grave I didn't see who was speaking. I spun in a circle and didn't see anyone until I looked down at the huge pile of Buttercups growing in an small oval. My grave was beautiful. Then I saw a flower with a face, it was crying and its petals glimmered brighter than the rest. Let's scare this poor fool out of it's mortal body! I turned into a visible shadow and floated into a relaxed form and laughed sinesterly. The flower stopped crying immediately and shot a look upwards at me. They looked horrified and spat out, "What the hell are you!"

I laughed crazily, "I'm the demon that comes when people call it's name!" I looked him straight in his eyes and I knew all he saw was a black shadowed outline of me with dark red eyes.

The flower smirked and said, "When did I ever call your na- wait..." His smirk faded and their eyes winded and he softly whispered, "Chara?"

I flinched at my own name for some reason. Why is this weird flower looking for me. I ignored his question and asked my own, "First off, who are you! Second off, why are you calling me?" I'll be honest... I was hoping, no begging for it to be Toriel who saw me first but no... this flower. I was really ticked off. All I wanted was to see my family again. I was going insane and I knew it and couldn't help it. Who even was this!

The flower rolled its eyes, it looked pissed off that I didn't answer it's question, "Okay! Fine! I'm... Uhhhh... Flowey...? Flowey The Flower. Maybe you could leave me alone demon! I was mourning my old best friend and maybe if your gonna be rude and ruin this for me, I'll just leave! Golly gosh!" He turned around and disappeared into the Earth leaving me to look around for a few more moments until I would disappear back to my grave. I was a bit shocked by the heartless flower's comeback. Old best friend? I didn't ever remember being friends with a flower.

I looked around and noticed a lot had changed. This is where I first fell and back then this place was barren and depressing. There was no hope here then. Only rocks, a few stalagmites, and the small hole at the top of the cave. Now the hole was a bit bigger which gave off more sunlight, there was a nice welcoming patch of flowers, and large stalagmites that Toriel must have decorated with a few plucked flowers. It looked much better in here. I smiled for the first time in months and then it suddenly all disappeared just as fast as it came. I was back at my body again, I was stuck again until someone called me. I sighed and layed back and waited for Toriel's daily return.
