Chapter25: His Name Is Cat

*Jake Parkers*

"This little piggy went to the market; this little piggy stayed home; this little piggy had roast beef; this little piggy had none; and this little piggy got it's balls chopped off because he stayed home crying all day over a girl who doesn't even know how football works!"

"Shut up, Ethan." I huffed, getting annoyed with Ethan's rambles.

"I'm serious, though, bro!" He exclaimed. "Like, she cheered and all but she didn't even know what the hell was going on."

"Cheerleaders are stupid." I answered.

"Not all cheerleaders are stupid." He rolled his eyes at me. "Megan Hurly got a C on the Chemistry test."

"Dude, anyone below a B had to retake the test."

"Yes, but everyone else failed the test!" He said.

"What? It doesn't matter. Everyone had to retake the test, including Megan."

"You're changing the subject!" Ethan growled. "Get off your ass because guess what! Spring break will be over in two days and Bridget is leaving tonight so you're going to go over to her house right now and get your freak on!"

"I'm going to the doctor's to get my leg checked out. I'm not going to Bridget's house." Bridget's cool and all but she's not my ideal girl.

"You suck, Jake. You suck hard."

That brings a mischievous smile to my lips. "That's what she said."

"Who is she and why is she saying these things!"

The front door swung open and Jackson walked in with a smirk playing on his lips. "What up my bitches!"

Ethan jumped into his arms and laughed like a school girl. "Sup babe."

Jackson set Ethan on the couch beside me and pulled an envelope out of his pocket. "I have important to tell you, Jake."

He drops a envelope on my lap. "This is for you baby brother."

I look down at the envelope and raise an eyebrow.

Jackson shrugged. "We've all discussed this and it's about time we put it into action."

I looked to Ethan but he seemed just as confused.

Shrugging, I peel open the envelope and pull out a few documents.

Jackson sits across from us and watches me carefully.

"Jackson ... I didn't know you were serious." I look over the papers again and shake my head. "No. I'm not doing this."

"Jake, I think it's best you should."

"Well you thought wrong." I huffed. "I'm no crazy -"

"No one said you were, Jake. You even agreed to it." Jackson points out.
