Little other things (Kuroko's basketball player x Reader)

It all started in Teiko Middle, where you used to be in a perfect relationship with Akashi and Kuroko is your boy best friend. However, your relationship with Kuroko faded when Momoi came into the scene. Since you are a good friend of both sides, you gave way. But, Kuroko doesn't really feeling comfortable around Momoi, he only sees her as a friend and that's that.

Akashi started to change in a very bad way which you totally disliked; the otherself of Akashi with the emperor eye who doesn't like losing. You do realise that when this is activated, he will do everything, even to kill someone whoever opposes him. Once the other Akashi came into the scene, he closed all your communications with his teammates including Kuroko. In fact, Akashi asked you to forget about Kuroko and your friendship with him, you were under Akashi's control and there's nothing you could do about it.

Before the graduation, you met up with Akashi to tell him you needed space.

"Akashi," you spoke,

"[Name], didn't I tell you to call me by my given name?" Akashi said,

"I'm sorry, Seijuro." You emphasised his name and sighed, "Look, there is something... I wanted to tell you."

"What? Are you breaking up with me?" He asked straight-forwardly which totally shocked you,

"How did you know?" you asked, nervously.

"I can feel it, [Name]." Akashi said, "If that's what you want, then I'll let you go, temporarily." he said, "But after the graduation, you are coming with me to Rakuzan and we'll be back together." Akashi reminded and left. He promised and you agreed to it that you will go to whatever school Akashi will enter.

You didn't reply, you just stared at the ground and felt your tears stream down your face.

"I'm sorry," you muttered as you watched Akashi completely left, "I'm not going back to you, Akashi."
A year later... During Highschool.

Since you and Akashi broke up a year ago, you decided to enter Seirin High with Kuroko. However, your parents convinced you to enter Rakuzan High since your family and the Akashis are close. You refused to enter Rakuzan and made a way for you to enter Seirin. You ran away from home and is currently staying with your grandparents in Tokyo. They made a way for you to be able to enter Seirin. "[Last Name]-chan?" Kuroko greeted,

"Kuroko-kun!" You smiled, "Nice to see you."

Kuroko was surprised to see you in Seirin with him. "I thought you're supposed to be in Rakuzan High with Akashi-kun." he said,

"Yeah, about that..." you muttered and your sweet smile faded away. Kuroko seem to notice this and patted your head, "It's okay if you don't want to talk about it, [Last Name]-chan." he said, and this made you smile.

After school, Kuroko who was excited to be with you, treat you [Favourite Flavour] Milkshake at Maji Burger. You and Kuroko sat in the park, just to talk and watch the time pass. You never felt so glad before. This is the first time you were able to express your true colours. "[Last Name]-Chan, we are still best friends right?" Kuroko asked,

You giggled, "Of course," you replied, "That wouldn't change. Infact, it never changed." you said.

Kuroko suddenly held your hand, "Can we start over?" he asked,

"I'm [Last Name] [First Name], what's yours?" you teased, grinning cheekily at him,

"Kuroko Tetsuya," Kuroko smiled, "Can we bring our relationship into a higher level?"

"... Higher Level?" you repeated, "How?"

"I knew what happen before graduation," Kuroko explained, "But if your feelings for Akashi-kun is still there, I am willing to set you free and give way." he said,
