Erika's perspective

"Can we please just go get, some sushi for dinner?" I begged and did not feel like waiting for food much longer?

"You know you don't have to beg me, to buy sushi, right?" He laughed and grabbed the car keys. A wide smile grew on my face and I jumped of the coach to hug Shawn by the arm, as a thank you.

"I have to admit, that new fancy car kinda suits you - but it still doesn't beat the Jeep," I said and crawled into the car he now owned.

"This one's faster though," he teased and drove out of the garage belonging to the building he lived in.

"You wouldn't dare to drive faster than the speed limit anyways," I laughed and watched the many cars passing by.

"You're right," he admitted and grabbed my hand.

-

"That'll be 20 dollars," the Chinese women said, after I had packed all the sushi I wanted. I nodded and was about to pay her, but Shawn cut me off.

"I'll pay for the both of us," he told her and placed his Sushi box on top of mine. If I wasn't broke and studying at the moment, I would've said the classic sentence when a guy wants to pay for your food.
I mouthed Shawn a thank you and followed him out of the resultant.

"Do we have to go back to your apartment?" I asked and wanted to go some where in Toronto.

"Yeah, we do - I'll have visitors in 45 minutes, we kinda need to be there then," he winked and started the car.

"Who?" I asked confused. I thought he wanted to spend this weekend with me, to prove to me - that we could work out.

"Just some friends, we have to work," he smiled and grabbed my hand once again.

"Did they know, Cara?"

"They did yeah..." he started, but I cut him of.

"And you don't think it's weird, that she isn't there any more and then suddenly there's a new one?"

"But we're not together, we're just testing the waters," he responded and my jaw dropped, why was he being an ass?

"Are you fucking serious?" I yelled and scared the shit out of him.

"It's the truth," he questioned.

"Don't you think I fucking know that? But don't make it sound like, it means nothing to you! We're not together, no but I'm fucking staying at your place and sleeping in your bed - and we were a fucking thing once and now we're trying again! Don't..." I wanted to continue, but he cut me of.

"Hey hey, relax," Shawn said, stopped the car jumped out and ran over to my side, only to open the door and hug me. Tears started to run down my cheeks. Why was I so sensitive, all of a sudden?

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean it like that, I promise!"

"Just don't say that again!"

"I won't," Shawn said and pressed his lips against my forehead.

-

Because of my little breakdown, we only got back 15 minutes before, his so called friends would arrive. Shawn was looking for wine glasses and a bottle of white wine, while I placed some nuts and fruit on his long dining table, along with our sushi.

"E, will you get that?" Shawn asked, after the doorbell had ranged.
My jaw dropped once again, by the sight of his so called friends. In the door was, Niall Horan, Charlie Puth, Khalid, John Mayer and Zedd standing. John was just as cheeky, as he was the first time I met him.

"Good to see you around here, Erika," he winked and walked in, before I could say anything.

"Right, come in," I said and opened the door for the rest of them. After I had let all of them in and Shawn had said hi, I walked up to him as fast as I could.

"How long will they be staying?" I asked him and touched his arm, not thinking what it would make Shawn nor his guests think.

"Only a couple of hours, love," he smile and put his arm around me. All of us sat down, the guys started to talked and I started to eat my food.

"Should we talked about your song, since the both of you are here?" John said and made everyone look at me, why was I suddenly the center of the attention? I just wanted to cuddle with Shawn tonight, but now we're apparently working?

"Um, I guess we could," I answered.

They started to talk a lot about Shawn's and my past, and how we could make a song out of it. I did not really know what to say, since they were just talking back and fourth. Plus I had never been a part of a writing session before.

"I mean a concept, could be that we kinda both was going through the same thing, but we didn't fully understand what the other one, was feeling at that exact moment," I did say after all and caught their attention, especially Charlie's.

Ugh, I had always had a thing for Charlie Puth.

"I'm all about that idea, we should go with it!" He said and send me a smile, which made Shawn put his arm around me, but nodded in agreement with Charlie.

-

"Goodnight," Shawn said and closed the door after his friends. The second he had locked it, he couldn't help himself any more and practically jumped me.

"Remind me to never invited them over again, when you're around," he breathed.

"Are you scared I would've jumped them?"

"No, the other way around," Shawn said and lifted me up from the coach.

"I mean, we're not together, so what is it to you?" I teased and just after Shawn lied me down on his king sized bed.

"Don't go there with me, Erika," Shawn snapped, but then again he didn't really snap at me.

It was weird, but I knew he wasn't mad.

"Will you just take of my clothes already?" I said and pressed my lips against his.
