Kyoko Hatake

Chapter 5

-A few minutes later-

3rd person POV

Sasuke, Naruto, Sakura, and Kye sat on the roof along with Kakashi who was leaning against the railing.

"Well let's begin with introducing ourselves." Kakashi said in a bored tone.

"Introduce? What do you want to know?" Naruto asked.

"How about your likes, dislikes, your dreams for the future, hobbies, and things like that." Kakashi responded.

"Well why don't you do it first?" Naruto complained.

"Oh me? Well my name is Kakashi Hatake. Things I like and things I hate... I don't feel like telling you that. Dreams for the future... never really thought about it. As for my hobbies... I have lots of hobbies." He in drawling voice.

"Well that wasn't helpful, all we really got was his name." Sakura stated.

"Alright! My turn! My name is Naruto Uzumaki! I like instant ramen in a cup, and I really like the ramen Iruka-sensei got me. I hate the 3 minutes you have to wait for the noodles to cook... and my dream... Is to become the greatest Hokage! So then people will respect me and treat me like somebody important!" Naruto declared.

The entire time Naruto was speaking, he was fidgeting with his headband, as if it was going to fall off.

"Oh and for hobbies... pranks I guess..." He added.

"Well... he's grown up in a very interesting way..." Kakashi thought.

"I'm Sakura Haruno! The thing I like... or the person I like is... *she giggled and glanced at Sasuke* uhhh my dream for the future is... *again she goes into a fit of giggles* my hobbies are... *she blushes and squeals* Oh, and what I hate is... Kye and Naruto!" Sakura answered.

After he heard that, Naruto looked disappointed and Kye just ignored her and continued to read her book.

"Girls her age are more interested in love than ninjutsu..." Kakashi thought with a groan.

"Alright. Your turn." Kakashi pointed towards Sasuke.

"...My name is Sasuke Uchiha. I hate alot of things... and I don't particularly like anything... *Sakura looked hurt* What I have is not a dream, because I will make it a reality... i am going to restore my clan, and destroy a certain someone..." Sasuke stated in a low voice.

Naruto looked nervous and thought, "Sheesh... I hope he doesn't mean me..."

"Sasuke is sooo hot!" Sakura thought.

Kye then snapped her book shut and stated, "Well on that happy note, My name is Kye Hatake... I like Pocky, playing with my dogs, training with my friends, and running in the rain. I hate dressing up, and anyone who doesn't appreciate their comrades. Also I hate being called Kyoko, so please call me Kye. My hobbies are, reading, and swordsmanship. My dream for the future was to be on a team, and I've accomplished that dream today."

"Anything else Kyoko?" Sakura asked in a sarcastic tone.

"Good! You're each unique and have your own ideas, tomorrow we'll start our duties as Shinobi" Kakashi said.

"OOh! What kinds of duties!?!" Naruto yelled excitedly.

"First we are going to do something just the five of us."

"What are we going to do!?!" Both Sakura and Naruto asked.

"Survival training." Kakashi replied.

Kye looked up from her book and grinned, she knew what was coming. 

"Aw we did that type of thing a long time ago! We want to do a real mission!" Naruto complained. 

"This type of training is different, your opponent will be me." Kakashi responded. 

"What?" Sakura said confused.

Kakashi just started chuckling with an evil look in his eye. 

"Hey, that was a normal question, what's so funny?" Sakura asked. 

"Hm? Well if I told you, you're not going to like it." Kakashi said with a playful voice. 

Everyone but Kye looked confused. 

"Of the twenty-seven graduates that came here, only nine will actually be accepted as Genin. The other eighteen will be weeded out and sent back to the academy. In other words, this is a make it or break it, pass fail test, and the chance that you'll fail is at least sixty-six percent!" Kakashi said suddenly. 

Both Naruto and Sakura had a shocked expression on their faces, while Sasuke and Kye looked like they could care less. 

"See? Didn't I tell you guys you wouldn't like it? Kakashi chuckled again. 

"Anyway... tomorrow you'll have to show your real skills on the training exercise. Also, I would suggest you don't eat breakfast or else you might throw up. You're dismissed., and don't be late." 

Kakashi and Kye walked back towards their house. 

"You didn't have to intimidate them that much... " Kye said when she looked at Kakashi.
