Because of anxiety amongst judges due to the possibility of being flooded within days from the deadline, we decided to create a "no" option to our entry form when prompted the question "is your fic completed?"
This is so we can gauge the amount of entries that might enter last minute so the judges can pace themselves. Enter all other information in the form as usual. A separate category in the database will be dedicated to incomplete fics.
