Hello everyone! We've selected and briefed our judges, thoroughly tested our new and improved entry database, and prepared all of the necessary entry forms. We're now ready to accept incoming entries for this award year!
Here's how you enter the competition!

When looking at the homepage, you can access the entry forms two different ways: via the navigation sidebar or the image on the homepage.

The entry forms are separated by category this year in order to make the database more automatic. Select which category you want to enter. For demonstration purposes, I'll click Adventure.

Each category page will contain a list of requirements to enter the category. None of these requirements are new, but they're just for convenience. You can also see the inspector that will be reviewing your entry and contacting you. Your book will be inspected if the one you entered is COMPLETED. There is also the Category Leader and the panel of judges that will be determining the placement of your entry.
"ADVENTURE ENTRY FORM" is a button that will lead you to the entry form.

Then, fill out the form and submit! Judges will be immediately notified that you submitted your entry.
You may be asking, "Well, what if I enter an incomplete book and then I complete later? How do I notify you?"
The EASIEST way (and the one that I will expect everyone to do) is to COMMENT on the cell of the database.

Everyone is given permission to comment on the database, even if you don't have a Google account. You can also comment on the mistakes you made when entering. Please try to adhere to this method of communication so I know EXACTLY where to look when adjusting your entry.
Think your entry should change categories? Comment on the cell with your entry.
Changed the title of your story? Comment on the cell with your entry's title.
Changed your username? Comment on all cells across your entries displaying your username.
Want to change your merge category? ...you get the idea.
I'm going to work on creating a comprehensive guide on our entry management system and post that in our Rules Book. Also, we will be doing entry shoutouts bimonthly in our Entry Book so look forward to that!
