Chapter 32 : A Night's Dream

Author's POV :

"It's okay if we walk home right? " he asked as you went outside the gate of the amusement park. "Yeah.... It's fine" you replied. You were walking together when he suddenly stopped. You stopped to take a look at him. He looked like he did something wrong. "Wait....." He said as he went and held your hands. "That's better, now let's continue our journey" he said as he started walking. You looked at your hands that were intertwined together . If someone had told you earlier that you and Karry would be dating you would have surely laughed it off.

You held hands and walked together, savouring the silence. "So.... Do you think you made the right choice by like asking me out....? " you asked looking at the ground as you continued to walk. You felt him suddenly stop. He let go of your hands and stood in front of you. "Why are you asking such a stupid question? " he asked with mixed emotions in his face. "Uh.... Because there are many pretty girls..... Girls more talented, confidence a-and I'm nothing compared to them " you said honestly. You actually wouldn't stand out in the huge swarm of beautiful creatures, at least that's what you believed in.

"Princess, yes you cannot compared to any of those girls. They are beautiful, talented and confident but you are more than that. They don't bring out the best in me,you do and I'm happy with you. You make me happy. Don't ever say that I've made a wrong choice by asking you out or falling for you, that's not a wrong choice, it's one of the best choices I've made especially after falling for you. (Y/n) you being by my side here makes me the happiest in the world. You're more than enough for me" he said pulling you into a hug. What ever he said, it made your heart flutter. It was a new feeling and you were ready to embrace it. "(Y/n) don't ever say I made the wrong choice because you're the more right choice I have ever made " he said not letting go yet.
"Em" you said nodding your head.

You stayed there in that moment for a while until you both parted. "Let's go shall we? " he asked looking at you for an answer to which you simply nodded your head. You held hands and continued to walk together in the direction of your house. The walk was quiet but the moment was really something dreamy. "(Y/n) promise me that we won't hide anything from each other, that we won't let things come in between us and that even if we have differences between us we will solve them without arguing or fighting " he said as you continued walking. "We will, Kai I believe our bond is stronger than this and I know we'll grow stronger, we just have to believe in ourselves" you said making a fist in the air. "We can do this! " you said smiling. You hears him chuckle. "This was supposed to be something serious, but you always bring so much joy in me" he said in between chuckles. You smiled back. It made your more than happy that you could make him smile.

After about 15 minutes of walking you reached the gate of your apartment. He stood in front of you, "so.... We've reached.... " he said tailing off. "Yeah..... " you said looking down. Both of you wished that this walk could have been even a bit longer. This seemed so unreal, like a Night's dream but it was so real. Wang Junka- no your Boyfriend was standing right infront of you and he was your long time crush. It felt more like a fantasty, but one that was real. "I wish your house was more farther away..... " he said with a hit of disappointment in his voice. "Why? You want me to walk for another half an hour? 😂" you said with a hint of sarcasm in your voice. You wanted to make the atmosphere lighter. "Nooooo, just so that the walk could have been a bit longer" he confessed truthfully. "Eh..... " was the only word that you could say. "Wait...I've got a better idea Um... How about we walk back to my dorm and come back again? " he said giving you a big smile, your eyes widened at the thought of walking so far away - you were too lazy to walk such a long distance right now. "Goodness I'll decline the wonderful offer, I'd love to, go home for now " you said taking a step back.

"Hey. I was just kidding don't worry we won't walk back and come back again, I'll be too tired too. Maybe you should go inside and have a rest. I'll see you soon " he said giving you a kiss on the forehead. "Good night princess" he said smiling as he pulled away from the kiss. "Em.... Go-od nig-g-ght Kai " you said hurriedly going back inside with blush that was creeping out very easily and at a large scale. "Princess! " you heard Kai calling so, you turned back, "WO AI Ni " he shouted and went back giving you a bright smile and a big wave as he left. Those three words that came out his mouth seemed unreal but it was reality's. He's turned and started waking back when you shouted the same back. "WO AI NI crabbie! " it made him stop in his tracks. Before you could see his reaction you ran inside the apartment.
