Chapter 53 : New Member

This chapter will contain small small moments that you had together with Karry and the New member. It'll be a chapter from the beginning of your journey with the little new member.

A few years later.

Author's POV :

You paced around the room waiting for the results. You were really nervous about what it would whether it'd be a good news or a bad news. Karry had left home for some work in the morning , he had been busy these few days since his new Drama would be coming out soon. He was busy with the promotions ,interview and fan meetings. You looked at the clock, 2 minutes had passed and the result may be out so you took the test and looked at it. Two red lines were there on the surface, " positive " it read. You couldn't believe yourself, you pinched yourself. "ouch " , you exclaimed rubbing the part which you had previously pinched. It was a really beautiful feeling a new kind of excitement filled your body, you were going to be a mother and Junkai was going to be a father.

You went out there and sat on the bed wondering how you would break the news to him. You looked at the wedding band and yes, you were nervous of how he would react. Above all your were really happy that you were going to have a symbol of your love, someone who was the product of your love. Will it be a boy? A girl? Or twins? Oh God how this made you really excited and happy.
You got an idea in your head, you quickly got up and rummaged through the drawers. You got what you needed, you took out the small gift box and decided to surprise him with the news that way. You took out a sticky note and wrote something there;

" Junkai.... There's something I've got to tell you....
We're going to have a new member
You're going to be a father ^_^❤"

After writing that, you stuck that on the cover inside if the gift box and put the test inside there. You really wanted to see his reaction, like how he would react. You were brought back to reality by the door opening, you kept the box on the table and went out to see who it was. It was Junkai. "Hey... You, came back early today " you said leaning on the door frame. "Yeah... I've got to go to
Shanghai at 10 am for an event , it was an unplanned trip . So they sent me off early to do some packing " he said as he took off his shoes and wore the house slippers. "Oh... I'll help" you said as you went in the room and took out the suitcase. "How long? " you asked as you took out his clothes from the wardrobe. "Two days at the max I think. The event is the day after tomorrow " he said as he took two pairs of shoes. "Ah... " was all you could say and you continued to help him, back.

Time skip ~

"I'll be leaving now. Will come back soon" he said as he placed a kiss on your cheek. "Sure " you said with a small, grin. "Junkai.. Here. Open this only when you're free okay? " you said giving him the small box in a paper bag. "Owe... Okay" he said as he took the paper bag from your hands. "I'll call you after I reach " he said and you nodded your head smiling. After he left the house, you heard the car start and drive our of the driveway.
You took a deep breath, you were really nervous about how he would react. You decided to do some chores while he was on his journey to keep you busy. You wanted to tell him first after which you'd tell the other people.

After a few minutes you head a car come in the driveway. "I think someone from the company drove the car back for him " you said to yourself as you took off the apron to greet the guest. You were going to open the door when the door opened, revealing a smiling Junkai. "Junkai? Why are you here? Did you forget something? " you asked a little worried. "No I didn't forget anything. I came back home because of this " he said with a big grin on his face as he showed you the box. "You opened it? " you said, "yeah... " he replied a little sheepishly "And I'm happy I did. (Y/n), you've made me the happiest person in, the world . Words cannot comprehend how happy I'm feeling " he said as he placed a kiss on your cheeks. You could only smile. "You aren't going to Shanghai? " you asked him as he started taking of his shoes. "Nah, I'll be taking the afternoon flight, I exchanged it with Luhan gege. I wanted to spend the first few moments with my wife and Junior Junkai " he said smiling.
