Anastasia's POV: It was the next day, thankfully my brothers didn't do anything crazy to me while I was sleeping. I knew that I was being really harsh to them when I told them that I prefer them in jail than on the run. But I can't lie to them, it's time for all of this to finish. I won't let this get even bigger. Now way was I going to let my older brothers do another huge mistake. Everything is ending today. I don't care if they will hate me in the end but I'm doing what's right. Nobody is stopping me not even my brothers will be able to stop me. I was snapped out of my thoughts when I heard a nock on my door.
"Come in." I said. Nobody opened the door for a few seconds but then they did. It was Calvin and Adam. They had this look on their face, it broke my heart that they where looking at me like this.
"You really want us to go to jail?" Asked Calvin in a broken tone. His voice even cracked in the end. I couldn't look at them. Tears started forming, I couldn't let them fall.
"Yes." Was all imagined to say. I couldn't even look at them in the eyes.
"Why?" Asked Adam.
"Cause you guys need to pay for what you did." I told them.
"Fuck that Anastasia! You know we never wanted this! Now you want us to go to jail for something that we didn't want?!" All but yelled Adam at me. That snapped me. Turning to him I went straight to him and gave them the hardest slap I could.
"How dare you! How dare you even say those things! You don't think that I know that! I know that you guys didn't want to be part of this life but you could have done something so you wouldn't be part of it. You could have gone to the police!" I yelled back at him.
"And what where they going to do?! They are a Mafia Anastasia did you forget that!?" Yelled Adam back, had moved closer to me but Calvin grabbed his shoulder to stop him form coming closer to me.
"I know but at least you tried to do something about it and maybe you wouldn't have been here fighting me on this!" I yelled back, this time I couldn't contain my tears. They just kept falling and they wouldn't stop.
"Then why? Just why do you want to ruin or life?!" Yelled Adam. That made me take a huge step back. I know that this is the life that they want but this is the life they have earned.
"I'm sorry that you feel that why but I won't allow criminals to be on the lose. I'm sorry that you are part of it but I'm not going to let you guys ruin your life even more." I said to them and I didn't let them respond.
"I won't let you ruin my life anymore. I won't be on the run. If I have to go to jail cause I went on the run with you guys then so be it!" I all but yelled at them. That's when they really that I was dead serious.
"You'd be willing to go to jail as well?" Asked Calvin.
"Yes cause I was also on the run even though I didn't do anything wrong. But the thing is that I was on the run with and I hate to use the word but I was on the run with criminals." I said to them.
