The first semester in Oxford has already started. Balancing between studying to become a lawyer and life in general, Julia Eden has found herself sitting across from a shrink, or in better words: a psychologist.
It only gets worse when the old man s...
P. S : June Dean is indeed the best friend from "Husband with Benefits", if you're wondering. The Dean twins are her and Jared's sons.

Liv's house, 46A might have been a little too eye-catching, with its bright green roof, mammoth pillars, the 19th century reclining Canova Lions, and the asphalt driveway the size of a Tesco car park which was now occupied with rows of cars. The backyard overflowed with guests— mostly the guardians of Pristine Academy. Pink million bells hung from the trees above, long tables were laid with delicious foods— from Butterscotch Buns to Bacon Pie. The sight of champagne soothed Julia's soul.
Her friends were seated at the corner tables as well, but not everyone was there. The Dean twins were with their parents, probably getting introduced to some big-shot architect like their own father. Julia held her gaze on the beautiful June Dean, an excellent event planner for a split second as she sat across from Dee, Liv and Poppy. They were on their phones, although Dee kept looking behind her from time to time.
Noah muttered to her urgently, "Champagne?"
Julia nodded but then on second thought spoke, "Isn't it too early though?"
Noah, as always, agreed and looked around. Julia assumed he was looking for Ibrahim. She caught him quickly with his father, Nurul Nizami. Ibrahim had ditched his regular black hoodie for a classic gray checkered suit. Even his hair was slicked back to perfection and he wasn't even tempted to run a hand through it like usual as he talked to some men in suit standing beside his father. No wonder why, Dee kept looking over her shoulder frequently.
Noah had taken out his cell phone when Julia reached for Dee's olive hand. Dee was fiddling with the golden button of her white Balmain crepe dress when she turned to Julia. Liv and Poppy placed their cell phones on the table as Julia whispered, "Did you talk to him?"
"Talk to..." Dee looked confused. "Oh, him? No. I can't just go and ask him why he was following me."
Poppy frowned immediately, her black eyes roaming all over her friends' face. "What did I miss?"
Liv turned to her to explain. Julia however frowned at her friend, "That's exactly what you're going to say. Confront him. He's straightforward to you, isn't he? Treat him the same way."
"Okay, what do I do then?" Dee bit on her lower lip and stole a glance at Ibrahim who was already staring at her. Caught red handed, Dee flushed. "Shite, he's talking to daddy."
Julia whipped her head up and noticed Dee's father Edward Pryce laughing at something Ibrahim just said. Nurul reached up to pat him on the shoulder but Ibrahim moved away immediately.
"Just go up to him." Julia pulled her friend's hand and pushed her towards the crowd. "Go and ask him to meet you somewhere. Say you lot need to talk."
