The first semester in Oxford has already started. Balancing between studying to become a lawyer and life in general, Julia Eden has found herself sitting across from a shrink, or in better words: a psychologist.

The sneeze was getting worse by the time Julia had been done finishing her makeup. The first thing she had applied was a waterproof mascara. Not only was it safe, but also it made sneezing easier for her. Right after the thought had came out of her, she frowned at how it didn't even make sense.
She sat before her vanity table, eyes on her friends who sat in her bed, three of them scrolling through their phones. That reminded her of a post Keith had out up on the Instagram of her and Chuck surfing the internet with the caption 'what happened to this generation?' Julia had commented, 'You took the picture with a phone as well, didn't you?' He didn't respond.
Her phone buzzed, dragging her out if her thoughts and she reached for it mechanically. A text notification from Noah floated on her screen.
Iron man : Where are you? :[
A smile curved about her lips as she typed out a response immediately.
Twenty minutes away.
That wasn't really possible unless there wasn't any traffic out there which would be a rare occurrence. She stood on her velvet green Christian Louboutins, pulling at the hem of the Alexander McQueen dress she wore. It stopped right above her knees, the black lace puffing around the shoulder, showing off her pretty collarbone. Her buttery golden hair was perfumed, falling in natural waves towards her hips.
"Are we leaving already?" Liv asked her, rubbing her hand over the plunge neckline of her silver midi dress.
"Hmm?" Dee looked up from her cell phone. "Wait, I need to check my gloss. My hair keeps getting stuck to it."
"That's why you use matte, Dee." Poppy rolled her eyes and slipped her phone inside her maroon YSL clutch that matched with her maroon valle dress from Cinq ã Sept.
"Gloss looks good on me. You can fuck off, Poppy," Dee murmured, despite the momentary gloom casted across her pretty face while she dabbed her index finger on her lips carefully.
Julia only sighed, "Noah's waiting."
"Oh, he has been waiting for more than ten years. No problem in waiting some more, is there?" Liv said and looked both amazed and smug when Dee and Poppy started laughing. Julia sneezed again.
If only they could reach there in time. The boys had probably been waiting since seven o'clock. Besides, Julia had said they were twenty minutes away which automatically meant that she was supposed to be out of Hampstead already.
It took them half an hour to reach 'Duck and Waffle', to the gleaming base of the Heron Tower.
They took the lift past Sushisamba straight up to the 40th Floor, to find Duck & Waffle, a cocktail bar and restaurant named after its signature dish: fried duck egg and mustard maple syrup.
