Hi there,
How are you?
Not so good?
Me neither.
I'm not in the best place right now.
Thoughts cross my mind a lot that I don't like.
But smiling helps.
Even if it's fake,
Just smile a bit.
It's hard I know,
But trust me.
You'll get through it.
Just smile.
I'm always here if you need anything.
But I promise you,
Smiling makes it more tolerable.
It gets easier,
I promise that as well.
So just set aside a few minutes a day,
To just smile.
Do something that makes you happy.
Anything.
Draw,
Write,
Sing,
Dance,
Go for a walk.
I like going for walks,
I leave my phone at home and just disconnect for a while.
And I swear to you that things will get better,
You just have to smile through the pain.
But don't feel like you have to hide.
Hiding isn't good.
As much as smiling helps,
It doesn't solve things.
So talk to people.
Don't just ignore it and smile over it.
Talk to someone and get to a point where the smile isn't fake anymore.
Use the smile as a goal.
This all might be terrible advice,
But it helped me.
