Kyle looks after Mila's retreating figure, and he can immediately feel a shift in the air.
Jace nudges his shoulder and points towards the police officer who stands next to Peter.
The officer is talking with someone over the phone, and as he does he slowly walks over to the judge.
He whispers something into his ear and the judge gestures to the still talking attorney.
The attorney quickly takes his place on the right side of the Bench, and keep quiet.
Peter turns around, and he looks at the empty seat between Jace and Kyle. He turns his gaze over to Jace, and then towards the door, Mila walked out of just a minute ago.
Kyle understands the message before Jace does, and he is already out of the door.
Jace keeps his gaze locked with Peter.
"May the accused and his attorney rise."
Peter breaks the contact and rises as the judge told him to do.
"The trial has been moved a week. There has been an accident which could have something to do with this case."
"Court lifted." He lifts the hammer and bangs it in the table.

Mila and Kyle sit in the police car towards the station, where Mila is going to identify a body.
Mila hasn't said a word, since the phone call from the police.
When Kyle came over to her in the hallway, she was laying on the floor in a tight ball, crying her heart out.
As the car came, Kyle had to carry her out.
The police have one week time to gather new evidence regarding the case if they want to use it in the trial.
But Mila doesn't care.
All she cares about right now is getting her emotions under control.
She doesn't know how to feel about this situation.
Not like it's new territory for her, but she didn't think she would have to go through this kind of pain so soon, again.
And last time she had her family to share the pain.
Now she has lost a part of that family.
Again.
"Do you think it is who they think it is?" Kyle asks, deliberately not saying the name.
Mila doesn't think twice, before answering; "Yes."

As Peter and the two guards are about to walk out of the courtroom; Jace calls out to stop them.
Peter looks over his shoulder, at the fuming Jace who is standing by the barrier between the attorney's table and the seats for the public.
"You knew." He accuses.
Peter nods to the guard on his right side, initiating that they should keep moving.
"You knew!" Jace calls out again to the retreating figure of his enemy, "You son of a bitch, you knew!"
The door closes behind Peter, and he can no longer hear his accusations.
He looks down at the ground, feeling for the first time in his life, a little bit ashamed.
