Irina walks down the street with the biggest smile on earth.
Some bypassers look weirdly at her, but she doesn't care.
She finally feels free.
Irina and her dad, Blake, had made a plan.
A plan to destroy Mila and Peter. The two people who ruined their lives.
They killed Irina's sister and Blake's daughter.
If Mila had known that they killed Samanda that day, she would have connected the dots; Irina once told Mila that her dad left her and her mom with her elder sister, and never came back;
"Hey." Irina softly says. She takes Mila cold hand in her own. "Everything is going to be okay. He's not going to leave us." She assures, even though she doesn't believe her own words. Irina has never trusted any man to return. Not after her dad left her, and her mom with her eldest sister when she was six, and never returned.
It also explains why Chelsea was so angry and protective of Mila all the time; she did carry a huge secret;
"What do you want from my daughter?" It may seem like she is protecting her daughter, and engaged in her life, but she wants to make sure that nothing dangerous happens to herself again.
Like last time.
"Um... We are going to the city?" Kyle answers hesitantly and scratches the back of his neck awkwardly.
Chelsea gives him a once over. 'He doesn't look like trouble...' She thinks, then rolls her eyes at her stupidity. Peter didn't look like trouble either, but look where that got you.
Mila also should have figured out that something else was going on the day she talked with Blake;
"I just told Mila how glad I was that you two finally figured things out. Secrets are a horrible thing, there can pull families, from each other. Isn't that right, dear?"
Chelsea pales, "Sometimes secrets are better-kept hidden. Therefore nobody gets hurt, for something they did in the past."
"But what about those who are affected from the secret? What if that person who holds that secret, had hurt another human being? Maybe even killed it? Wouldn't it be justice if that person came out with that secret?"
Blake continues; "The worst part about a secret is if that person who did the crime, didn't remember what happened, and another one kept that secret to protect that person. I would say they both were a part of that crime. Wouldn't you Mila?"
"That depends," she says. "What kind of situation it is. If the person who is keeping the secret from the other; the one who did the crime would never know what it had done. Therefore it must be the one who is keeping the secret, who should take the blame since it never gave the other person a chance to choose if they would like to come clean with it, or also keep it a secret."
"You know what, Mila. You are completely right. I never thought about that." He throws her a full-blown smile.
Blake contacted Irina shortly after her mom died.
Her dad had left a hole inside of her after all those years, but now he was back and needed her help.
What a coincidence that Irina had just met Mila, and was starting to befriend her.
A plan started to form itself, and everything went smoothly.
Until now.
Blake comes running down the street towards his daughter.
Irina scowls at him, and pulls him to the side, not wanting anyone to see them together.
"What is the matter with you?"
Blake pants, "Ryan,"
Irina gives him a questionable look, "What about him?"
He pulls out his phone and shows the news.
'After the horrible massacre that happened in Florida state a week ago, which led to the death of Mila, Nick and Robert Wilson, Peter Horson, Kyle Carlson, Sam Georgeson and Jace Pattison. The police haven't been able to locate the killer yet, and there has been no motive so far. Though, a new witness has come forward. We are live here with Ryan Adams. Ryan what can you tell us about the massacre that we don't already know?'
'I was there at the police station when the police officer drugged them. And there is missing one person.'
"And who might that be?'
'Irina, Mila's best friend. She was there at the police station when the alarm started. And her body was never found, and nobody has seen her since.'
The reporter looks directly at the camera. 'The police has already put a warrant out on Irina Delegate, and if anyone sees her please contact the police.'
A photo is shown of her, and she passes the phone back to Blake.
"I thought you said he wasn't a problem." She grits out between her teeth.
"I thought he didn't care about Mila anymore, so he wouldn't care if she lived or died..." Blake confesses.
Irina runs a hand through her hair, and sighs. "I guess we will have to finish what we started."
