Can't live without you

"This isn't one of my ten things most that I can't live without but she's definitely on the top of them all." You watch Shawn say from behind the camera, "(Y/N) come here!"

"What are you doing?" You whisper yell as you hide from the camera.
Shawn puts on a calming smile, as usual, and motions for you to sit next to him. You sheepishly walk and run your fingers through your hair.

"This is my girlfriend (Y/N). We have been together for five years now and I can't live without her." Shawn says as he introduces you to the camera.

A blush rises to your cheeks as you say, "Hi."

This was always his thing, being in front of cameras was his specialty. "So we have been together for a while now and she comes on tour with me every summer!" You nod your head yes, "I don't think I would be able to survive, or any of the team for that matter without her there. She brings a really calming vibe to the tour and sometimes we just get swept up in the madness of everything and it is just what we need."

"You're pretty cool too." You smile after his kind words.
"Yeah?" Shawn laughs.

"I guess I couldn't live without you either." You joke.

He laughs and squishes your face. He knows that you really couldn't live without him. It was the topic of many of your heart to hearts by now.
"This is so cheesy!" You laugh, "Why do you always make us look like the cheesy couple?"

Shawn laughs, "I never introduce you like this, I'm not cheesy!"
"Um yes!" You joke, "Look at all the times you have every brought me up on stage, or during meet and greets oh my goodness."

"I like to show you off that's all." Shawn tries to play it cool even though he knows you are absolutely right.
"Mhmm okay." You look at him sweetly. He leans in to give you a quick kiss on the cheek. "Fun fact-" You begin but Shawn cuts you off.

"So we are doing fun facts now?" Shawn jokes.

"Well you weren't talking!" (Y/N) retorts. "As I was saying..." you pause and look slyly at Shawn, "Shawn has used this hair product since longer than I have been around. So technically it has been with you longer than I have." You pick up the black box in your hands.

"Well not that one." Shawn says meaning that he hasn't used that container for 5 years now. "And I cycle them through."

"Well obviously, but the majority of time you are using this one." You turn to him with a smile on your face.
"You like this one though right?" Shawn asks, he knows the answer but he always has to make sure.

"Oh yeah it's my favorite one you use. It smells soooo good!" You laugh as you open up the container to give it a whiff.
"That's why I have been using it all these years." Shawn says taking the box from you to smell it as well, "You could have just smelled my head." He runs his hands through his curly locks.

"I was going to but then I remembered we were in camera so I decided not to." You laugh.
"Oh shit yeah, I forgot." Shawn says, "A lot of the time that (Y/N) and I are together we are in front of cameras, but we barely even notice. This is just how we interact with each other. I treat her as I would treat my best friends. She is my best friend."

Shawn looks lovingly at you before you break into laughter and say, "See! You bring it right back to cheesy!"

"Alright you're done time to move on!" Shawn laughs and shoos you away to get on with the rest of the interview. You gladly get up and let him move on with his day. You would never give in to him and admit it on camera but he is your best friend. He is your best friend above anyone.

Yeah, you couldn't live without him.
