Chapter 22: Potter sucks

I was with Jake today walking to the transfiguration yard to hang out with Cedric. After Last night I hung out with the boys and told them what happened. They seemed to put some extra thinking into this.
"So your hanging out with Cedric today?" Jake said striking a conversation with me.
"Yeah." I whispered.
"Hey don't worry he'll be fine." Jake assured me. As we were walking I see people wearing badges that said Cedric rules then it would change to Potter sucks. I sighed after last night I didn't talk to Harry and I've been distant to everybody except the pack and emily.
"Have you talked to him?" Jake asked cutting me from my train of thought.
"Who?"
"Harry?"
I shook my head.
"Are you mad at him?"
"No just a bit shocked and not believing whats happening." He nodded in understanding.
"I know how you feel." He said wrapping his strong arms around me pulling me close.
We arrived to the courtyard and I see Cedric laughing with his friends. We walked up to him and he smiled seeing me.
"Hi." He said getting up and hugging me. Jake just stood there with his arms cross eyeing Cedric. He says that Cedric remind him of a live version of Edward.
"Can I hang with you guys for a while." I asked looking up at him.
"Sure why not." He smiled down at me as his friends smiled at me.
"Fella's I hope you don't mind Alex is going to hang out with us for a while." they all cheered and I smiled at them.
"You'll love them." He said taking me towards them since he was still hugging me but now he just had his arm around me. "Jacob join us if you'd like" Cedric invited but Jake shook his head.
"I'll stay close by." He said then walked away.
"Is he alway like this." Cedric asked.
"He's on patrol duty right now." I told him.
"Guys this is Alexandra but call her Alex." Cedric introduced me to him friends."Alex this is mike, Liam, Niall, and Jessica." He introduced me to the me to his friends.
"Hi" I said with a small wave. Cedric sat down with his head on mike's lap as I sat next to Jessica.
"So how are you Alex?" Jessica asked.
"I'm good and yourself."
"I'm good."
We started talking and got to know each other more and I talked to Liam, Niall, and Mike. I felt more comfortable around them. Everyone started going quiet when Harry come up to Cedric.
"Can I talk to you alone?" he asked Cedric who happily agreed unlike the rest who were screaming insults at him.
"Read the badge Potter" Alex shouted but Harry ignored him and talk to Alex.
"Guys." I whispered of them to shut up.
"What do suppose they're talking." Jessica asked from next to me and I just shrugged.
"I don't know I don't know whats going on in the entire gryfindors actually." I told them.
"Common Ced he's not worth it." Liam yelled. Cedric turned back to them and gave a small nod then went back to talking to Harry. I saw Harry look at me then go back to talking to Cedric. I then saw both of them looking at my from the corner of my eyes before turning again.
"Read the badge Potter." Mike yelled.
"Hush." I hissed at mike and turned back to Cedric and Harry. Cedric came back to us smiling and Harry walked away.
"What'd he want?" Niall asked .
"Nothing important." He said and we all went back to our conversations. I looked at Harry to see him talking to Ron who was with Cedric. He looked like he was bickering with him. I shrugged the feeling and went back to talk to trio.
"Hey Alex isn't that you boyfriend on that tree?" Cedric asked looking up. I looked up and nodded.
"How is he with you?" Jessica asked.
"He ok." I said.
"Don't listen to her both of them are smitten with each other. She's got him wrapped around her little fingers." Cedric said and I blushed as everyone laughed.
"But we do have our moments." I murmured.
"Why so tense Potter." Draco Shouted from the tree.
"Like now." I said looking at Draco getting down from the tree with his slytherin friends around him.
"Should we go see?" Jessica said
"Yeah." We all got up and walked to where the scene was taking place. I thought Draco and Harry put aside their differences. I shrugged and went back to paying attention to what was going on.
"My father and I have a bet you see. I don't think you'll last 10 minutes in this tornamint. He disagrees he thinks you won't last 5." Him and his friends started laughing and Cedric pulled me front to see clearly as I stood in front of him. I was leaning on his chest as he wrapped his arms around my shoulders from behind.
"I don't give a damn what you father thinks Malfoy." Harry shouted shoving Malfoy."He's vile and cruel and your a pathetic." Draco glared at him.
"Pathetic I'll show you pathetic." Draco pulled out his wand and was about to cast a spell at Harry.
"Oh no you don't sonny." Moody said from behind the tree and turned Draco behind a ferret. I can't lie it was funny and I cracked a smile but held in my laugh and walked to Moody.
"Professor what are you doing?" I asked looking at him as he lifted Draco up and down the air.
"Teaching." He stated.
"Moody thats a student. Turn him back NOW." I ordered him but he wouldn't listen instead he was scolding Draco.
"You never fire a wand when someone has their back to you boy thats a cowardly move." He growled.
I looked through the crowd to see Auntie Minerva coming this way.
"Moody what are you doing?" She asked coming next to me.
"Teaching." he said again.
"Is that a student?" She asked worried.
"Technically it's a ferret." he said taking Draco and putting him in Crabb's pant. I went wide eyed and snorted a laugh as Goyle tried to get him out. Then Draco the ferret came out and was turned back to a human. He was facing me then turned around then jump back from fright.
"My father will hear about this." He said taking a step back.
"Is that a threat?" Moody limped his way to Draco who ran behind me then ran away with his goons following."I can tell you stories about your father more then you greasy hair can take boy."
"Moody we never use transfiguration on students I'm sure Dumbledore has told you that." Auntie minerva said sternly.
"He may have mentioned it." Moody said .
"He did mention it." I said letting out a small giggle.
"Well you sure as then remember it." She said walking away. Moody made funny faces at her as he called Harry and walked away. Everyone was still standing around.
"Everyone back to classes." I said and they still stood their. "NOW" I yelled and they went back to what they were doing.I rolled my eyes and walked to Cedric.
"Kids these days." I rolled my eyes and the guys laughed.
"Lets get back now." Cedric said.
"Yeah" Niall, Mike, Liam and jessica said laughing.
