After the third task I didn't talk to anyone. I walked straight to my room and didn't leave until it was Cedric's Funeral which was today. I was in front of the Mirror looking at my reflection with a blank expression. My makeup covering the bags under my eyes but nothing could cover my red puffy eyes from crying all night. When I left the room and walked down the stairs to see the pack looking at me as I descended the stairs.
"Hey." I whispered and I could see the pity in there eyes. I tried not to cry just go my makeup couldn't go away and reveal how bad I look. "Please no pity glances." I choked and tried to hold in the tears but failed. Embry came to me in a second and pulled my in his arms and started to comfort me along with the pack as they surrounded us.
"It's going to be alright." Embry Whispered.
"He's in a better place sweetie." Emily said.
"I'm sorry Cuz." Jacob soothed.
"He killed my Best friends." I kept saying in Embry's chest.
"Don't worry ALex that day when he's going to pay for all the lives he's token will come." Jacoub said and I just stayed there in Embry's arms crying while the pack and Emily comfort me.
"C'mon guy we need to go to the Funeral." Paul announced and I pulled away from Embry's chest and nodded. Embry gave me a tiny smile and pulled me towards the door with the pack following. As we walked down the hall I glanced around looking at every detail of the castle that had memories in them. Some were good and some were bad, but the memory that stood out were the memories that were with Cedric when he was alive. When he would walk me to class cause he was a prefect or he would pull me out of class just to talk. It was amazing how all these hall that I loved walked in are now the halls that I want to get away from and never come back just be away from the idea that Cedric is gone now and I'll never get to see him again.
As we arrived in the Great hall that was changed into a funeral there were chairs that were placed as row in front of my fathers Podium and there was a picture of Cedric next to a coffin which held his dead body. I saw Blaise from a far and looked at the pack as I pulled Embry to where Blaise was standing with Malfoy and Parkinson. When he saw me he gave me a small smile making Malfoy and Parkinson turn to our direction.
"Hey." He greeted. The guys all patted him in the shoulder and Jake and Embry gave him a brotherly hug since they became close this year. He then turned to me and pulls me in a tight hug making me let go of Embry's hand and wrapped my arms around him.
"He's really gone Alex." He said in my ears I can hear the sadness in his voice.
"I'm sorry Blaise." I chocked in his shoulder.
"I am too." He said and I turned to look at Malfoy and Parkinson. I pulled away from Blaise.
"Why don't you go with the boys and take a seat in the front row. The first two seat are for the two of us and the boys will be sitting behind us." I said and he nodded sadly and he walked away and I nodded at the boys telling them to go away. I watched as the boys and Emily walk away with the pack glancing at us every once and a while.
"Your father was there." I said turning to Malfoy. "That night when Cedric died." I said in a tone. "And I know your time is going to come when your going to join him. I'm just going to tell you." I said stepping forward. "I hope you know that even though I dated you and you still have a soft soft for you I won't hesitate to stand in your way if you hurt my family. So I'm just here to tell you choose the right path." I said in a stern tone yet intimidating way. I walked away after that and I walked to my seat which was next to Blaise. Harry was sitting next to Blaise as the trio, the pack, and Emily were sitting behind us. I sat next to Blaise and placed my hand on his shoulder. I looked at Harry and nodded at him and he returned the gesture. I smiled at Ron and Hermione who returned the gesture and looked at my Father who sat on his Podium. Everyone sat down by now and looked on at Father.
"Today we acknowledge a really terrible lose." He stood up from his chair. "Cedric Diggory as you all know  was an acceptionally hard working, infinitely fair minded, and most importantly a fierce fierce friends." I looked down as Blaise took a hold of my hand. "Now I think therefore you have a right to know exactly how he died." He said and I looked up at my father. "You see Cedric Diggory was Murdered by Lord Voldimort. The ministry of magic does not wish me to tell you this but not to do so I think would be an insult of his memory." Father said loudly and I looked at Blaise who had an angry look on his face yet it had sadness. I squeezed his hand making him look at and I nodded at him placing my head on his head. "Now the pain that we all feel of this dreadful lose reminds me... reminds us that even though we come from different places and speak in different tongues out hearts beat as one. And life of resent events the bonds of friendship we made this year will be more important then ever. Remember that cedric Diggory will not have died in vain. You remember that. and we will celebrate a boy would was kind and hones and brave and true right to the very end." My father said and Blaise pulled my hand close to his chest and I started to cry silently. I hugged his body that was closely to mind as tears came out of our eye.
"Now a very nice world from Alexandra and Blaise who will speak on behave of Cedric's Father who could be here." Dumbledore said and Blaise and I stood up and walk up behind the podium. Blaise looked at me telling me to start talking.
"When we Blaise first met Cedric it was in different times. I met Cedric in this very hall on my first day at this school as a student when I was only known as Alexandra Weasley. Blaise became our friends not a day later and that how we formed our little trio. The reason why we became close was that we didn't care what house we belonged in or out blood-status was and that was what made Blaise and I really close to Cedric was that he accepted us from who we were and not what we have and that was the true meaning of friendship." I started and looked at Blaise.
"Now every time Alex and I look around the school we'll alway keep smiling because we as in Cedric Alex and myself have created memories together and I think we speak for all of Cedric's friends when we say this that even though he was just a student that went here and sat on that table." Blaise said pointing at the Hufflepuff table who were all on tears. "and enjoys the feat with us he still left his mark and we will alway remember him for all the good things he's done." Blaise said.
"But always remember that Cedric is alway with us in here." I said point at my heart. "So are all of out loved ones that we have lost. I can tell you this Cedric did not die in vain." I said.
"So lets take a moment of silence to remember our dear friend Cedric." Blaise said looking down.
