Chapter 38: Getting back

After we all came back from Hogwarts everyone was mostly focusing on getting settled in. I was helping Emily around the house with the cleaning and all, the boys are patrolling around the res, and Jacoub's been getting a lot of calls from Bella who apparently came back along with the collins. Jared and Paul tell me that I should try to avoid the Cullen's even though there the good vampires and don't drink human blood. I still don't get what they mean.
Anyways Embry took me out on a date and we had a picnic by the beach. He says that he wanted me to forget the stressful semester I had by taking me on dates. I kept telling him he doesn't need to do that but he would always shush me.
Oh and also we've had some new pack member join in. It was Jake and Embry's Best friends Quil Altera who was expected to phase since he came from a legacy of wolves. We also has Seth and leah who phased unexpectedly after the death of their father Harry. Seth's only fifteen so he's the youngest the pack ever had. Leah was unexpected because she was the first female wolf to phase. She quite grumpy but if you get to know her better she turns out be not so bad and with all she went through I wouldn't blame her with who she's feeling.
Right now the pack meaning Jared, Paul, Quil, Embry, and Leah are sitting around the house as Emily made them food and I was cleaning the house. I finished the kitchen, the bedrooms, the toilet, and now I'm at the living room. The boys were causing so much noise I just shook my head and continued cleaning. I was almost finished cleaning.
"Alex are you hungry." Emily called from the kitchen.
"I'm almost done I'll be there soon." I called and continued cleaning. As I was cleaning I and about to finish someone removed the spung from my hand and put in down. I looked at the person to find Embry gazing down at me with his arms crossed.
"What?"
"You realize you've been cleaning non-stop today and you haven't eaten." He said disapproving everything.
"Thats because I'm almost done." I said and Embry looked around.
"Babe your basically done." He said gesturing to the clean living room. "I don't think Emily knows how to clean as good as you which shocks me because all you could've done was flick your wand and everything would be spotless."
"I know." I mumbled and he sighed before pulling me into the kitchen.
"I took a lot of convincing." Embry said sitting down and pulling me in his lap.
"He took the spung from my hand and gave me disapproved look I felt like I was being called to detention by professor Snape." I said and Paul, Sam, Jared, and Embry laughed since they know how Professor Snape is.
"No one could punish you guys like him." Paul laughed.
"He just has this monotone voice and a boring expression." Jared says and I shook my head.
"With all my respect for dear Severus Snape I just." I pause as they all looked at me. "I hate that guy." I said harshly and they all laughed.
"Love you babe." Embry said kissing the side of my head and I smiled at him as I started to eat and start feeding him.
"I still can't believe your a witch." Leah said and I look at her.
"Yeah I mean you don't look anything like a witch." Quil said.
"And you'd know how a witch would look like." Embry said laughing and he swallowed the food I fed him.
"That stereotype that you hear about witches is not true." I said and they all looked at me. "What?"
"You Aunt Minerva follows that stereotype all she needs is more wrinkles and and long nose and a black cat." Paul said and they all laughed.
"Sam." I called.
"Boys." He warned in a demanding tone.
"Sorry." Paul and Jared apologized.
"I smell leech." Leah said and we heard a motorcycles stop.
"It's probably Jacoub I can smell him from here." Paul said in a venom tone.
"Why are you so grumpy?" I asked.
"The smell of the leech that you were talking about is Bella Swan." Paul answered.
"Boys be nice." Emily said.
"Lets go embarace Jake a bit." Jared offered as the boys went outside. Embry gently lifted me and sat me down and followed the boys.I shook my head. Sam and Leah were the only ones that stayed.
"You know the noise that the boys make now are like music to my hears to when I first make here." I said standing up as Emily laughed at me.
