I through a small rock at his face breaking the little trance we were in. "Ow what was that for!" He exclaims. "You annoy me." I respond. I grab my bag then storm off.
As I reach the end of school grounds Elija calls out to me. "Sinagona, wait!" I ignore his call and continue on home. When he grabs my wrist I quickly pull away. I turn to him with a stern look. "Leave me alone." I order.
"Can you at least let me walk you home?" He almost asks in a begging tone. Is this guy some kind of idiot?! "I know I may have kind of lost it back there." He tries to word things. "I really don't know why I did that." He says truthfully.
"Even if I wanted you to walk me home, I couldn't." I stated. "How about half way, just for making up for me attacking you out of nowhere." He begs. I sigh roughly.
I can't believe I'm doing this. "Fine, but only half way!" I growl. A stupid smile makes its way to his lips. I continue walking.
Once we meet half way I stop. "We're half way, so you can go now." He lightly laughs before walking away. I'm going to kill that idiot one day.
When I finally make it home someone jumps me with a hug. "Oh Sina! I missed you!" Jake exclaims as he hugs me tighter. "Jake! Get off me!" I shout. Jake suddenly stops. Then I start to freak. Sometimes I forget he's a wolf Nia!
When I look into his green eyes, they were a darker shade from his regular bright joyful green eyes. "What's wrong?" I ask trying not to sound as if I know something. "It's nothing, I'm just happy you're back!" I can't but feel he smelled Elija on me.
"So how was you're first day?" Ms. Eagle asks. "Good." I answer. "Do you want dinner?" She asks another question. "No, I had a lot for lunch." She nods before walking away.
When I start making my way to my room Jake runs outside. Please oh please tell me he knows. I beg to myself. It could give that douche dirt on me. He could use that to make me do his bidding.
Once I make it to my room I instantly plop down on my bed. I can't believe a vampire was able to take me down! This is only another reason for me to keep on training.
My thoughts are disrupted by a knock on my door. "Who is it?" I ask. "Jake." He answers. "Go away!" I growl in annoyance. "Can I just ask you something, pretty." I hold my breath before answering. He might ask about the smell.
"Go ahead." I tell him. I prepare myself for his question. "I get so alone at night, would like to snuggle me." He basically sings the last part. "Go to bed by yourself!" I shout. I hear him scoff before leaving.
Suddenly feeling drained I decide to sleep the night away. I doesn't take long until I fall asleep.
I'm in Mrs. Shouna class, my third period class. I made sure I didn't run into Elija in the halls. He wasn't in Mr. Harwell's class, but it seems like he likes to skip that class.
When the bell rings everyone rushes out to the cafeteria. I leave last so I don't get shoved around. I make my way to the cafeteria, then grab my lunch. Before I make it outside someone calls out to me.
"Sinagona, right?" I turn around to see who it was. It was that blonde who was sitting with Elija yesterday. She was accompanied with two other girls. "Yes, that's me." I reply. "We you the girl walking with Elija yesterday?" She asks in a angered tone.
"Yes." I answer. Her face crunches up in discuss. "Do yourself a favor and never talk to him again." She growls. Before I could say anything Elija comes out of nowhere.
"Courtney, leave her alone." He tells her. "Well bitches like her shouldn't be around what's mine." She hissed while still looking at me. "Who ever said I belonged to you?" Elija questions her in a angered tone. "I told you yesterday that we will never be a thing." He tells her her sternly.
"Don't tell me it's because of her!" She hisses. "Are you two dating!" Okay now she's just running to conclusions. "Listen, we're not dating and we never will." I try to settle things. Courtney seems satisfied with my response to the situation.
Elija on the other hand, well something in his eyes showed he was hurt. No, I'm just seeing things. I tell myself. I take my leave to outside.
After about six minutes Elija appears. He just stares at me. When I start to be bothered I speak. "What do you want?" I ask as I finish my last bite of my food. "Can you tell me something?" His voice almost sounded desperate.
"What do you need to know?" I ask. He's quiet for a bit before he speaks again. "Did you put some kind of spell or something on me yesterday?" He asks in confusion. Insight at his question. "I'm a Saga, not a witch." I say in between my laughter.
"Then tell me." He leans closer to me. "Why can't I get you out my head?" I'm shocked at his sudden statement. I push him away feeling uncomfortable. "Elija, I don't know what your talking about." I storm back inside. What the hell?!
