"Happy Birthday Baby" I heard a soft coo from behind me, I just groaned. Liam knows I hate being woken up "Come on, we have to get up" he rubbed my sides
"No, you have to get up and go to rehearsal on your girlfriends Birthday" I said sinking deeper into the pillows
he sighed "I'm sorry, you know that if I could change it I would and you know that you can come with me, so why don't you?" he asked turning me over to face him
"Because, I don't want to be a distraction for you. Plus, you won't have any time for me anyway, so why can we just do something tonight? " I mumbled
"You won't, I promise. And I promise, I'll find time to spend with you." he begged , and he knows I can resist him when he begs me, so that's how I ended up by myself, in their dressing room playing candy crush on my phone, on my Birthday... what the life I have right?
Lou came in and saw my long face "What's wrong cupcake?" she asked
"Well, it's my 18th Birthday and I'm stuck here with nothing to do" I said, she gave me a sad smile and then pulled a huge pink bag from behind her back
"Happy Birthday!" she said and handed me the bag. I smiled
"Thanks Lou! it's the only present I've gotten all day" I said sadly, but perked up when I saw what she got me. She got me all her favorite beauty products and hair care items that she likes to use and knows I would as well, plus a pair of flats, seeing as I'm really tall and don't wear heels often. "Thank you so much! I love it!" I hugged her, then looked at the time
"I'm gonna head home and try to do something fun" I said, she gave me a sympathetic smile
"It'll be OK love, I know he has something planned, and you and I both know that he wouldn't be here if he didn't have to" she hugged me and I left, saying bye to everyone as I left.
I got to my car, got in and buckled up. When I left the parkway of the building where the guys were for rehearsal, I saw it was raining like crazy, but that's London for you. I turned my windshield wipers on as soon as I got out and started driving. it was still horrible out, and everyone was driving slow and carefully. Everything was fine, until someone rammed the back of my car and I hit my head on the steering wheel, blacking out instantly
***Liams POV***
"Come on guys! just two more, then we're done" someone yelled over the intercom
"Two more songs?" Louis asked in his mic
"Two more hours" the guy said
"what the hell?!" Zany yelled. We're all tired and frustrated and I haven't been to see Mara since we started rehearsal, and that was hours ago
"Excuse me!" Paul ran out from back stage and up to me
"What?" I said annoyed
"It's Mara" he said quietly, I think my heart stopped
"I-is she OK?" I asked
"She was in a car accident, She's fine, but we need to leave now" I ran off stage leaving Paul to tell the boys what happened.
I ran to the dressing room and grabbed my stuff and was about to leave, when through guys stopped me
"Can we come?" Niall asked
"Sure, I think there's a van waiting for us" I said and went to where they normally pick us up and sure enough there was a black van waiting there.

When we got to the hospital, they rushed us right up to her room.
"Thank you, that's very nice of you Dr.Wells " she said to him
"Why wouldn't I wish a beautiful girl Happy Birthday" he said, making Mara laugh, that's when I walked in
"And who might you be?" he asked me making my baby look up with her beautiful blue eyes, she smiled when she saw me
"Liam!" I went up and pulled her into a long hug and kissed her hard, making sure that twat of a doctor knows She's mine
"I'm her boyfriend" I said, with a little venom in my voice
"Oh" he said and left
"Liam, why did you do that?" she asked playing with my fingers. I brought my left hand you to her face "You're mine, he needed to know that" I said and she smiled
"He did, that's the first thing I told him when he started coming on to me, he's quite creepy, but he wouldn't stop" she laughed
"Well, now he really knows. So, what happened?" I asked looking at the massive bruise on her forehead
"I left the place where you guys were, and started driving and it was pouring rain. Everyone was driving with caution, then this guy just rams my the back of my car and I hit my head on the steering wheel." she finished
"Do they know who did it?" I asked
"Yeah, he was drunk." she said laying back
"Im sorry" I kissed her hand
"It's OK, all that matters is that I'm OK. My car and other stuff like that is all material, as long as I'm here with you, everything is OK" she said smiling at me
"I'm also sorry for today, I was so busy and I cou- "
"Li, it's fine. I know how busy you are, I understand. I just want to go home and watch movies" she smiled looking at me
"OK baby, if that's want you want, that's what you'll get" I kissed her forehead softly, making sure I didn't hurt her
***Mara's POV ***
We got home and I went to take a shower while Li made popcorn and got some movies ready.
I got out the shower and changed into some pajamas, and was brushing my hair when Liam wrapped his arms around me "Hey" I said quietly
"Hey" he kissed my neck, I sighed contently and put my brush down "I have a gift for you" he said walking me to the bed
"Li, I told you not to get me anything, I just want this night with you" I said as he sat me on the bed
"You didn't really think I was going to listen to you, you deserve these gifts and I got them for you, I just hope you like them" he spoke walking over to his side of the closet and pulled out a Batman themed Birthday present bag, making me laugh
"Batman, nice touch" I said as he walking back over to me, making him laugh a little. He gave me the bag and I spent no time opening it. When I did I was surprised. There were two plane tickets, but they didn't have a destination
"Li, why isn't there a destination on these tickets?" I asked
he smiled "Because, I want you to pick where we go for our next vacation. Where ever you want to go, I'll go, no matter what" he kissed me softly "But, there's one more thing, look" he pointed to the bag
I dug around in the bag and felt a box. I pulled it out and opened it, but was confused "Li, What's this too?" I asked
" Our house, I thought it was time that we got a house" he spoke with a little hesitation. I threw my arms around his neck and kissed him hard
"Thank you, I love it. I would love to live in a house with you" I spoke into his lips
"Anything for you" he said to me
The rest of the night was spent Watching g movies and eating loads of junk food until we fell asleep
I couldn't have asked for a better man, or Birthday
