Chapter 34

Lexie Pov

In the car we just talked and clowned around the whole time. Erica is a sweetheart and she's so nice and kind. I learned a lot about her and Adam and how they meet. They had met in high school but they linked up again after all that time about four years ago.They dated got married and had their two twin sons and they are so cute.

Her twin sons are four years old and have to be the cutest set of twin boys I have ever seen. Erica is 24 years old and Adam is 25 years old. After we finished talking and laughing and getting to know each other we pulled up to the restaurant.

Erica and I got out first then the men got out after us. We were about to walk inside when the other car pulled up behind us with the others. Once everyone was here we walked inside the restaurant together and it was empty. Pro ballers and they money I thought to myself as we entered the restaurant.

" Nice to have you back again Adam right this way with your party," the waitress said.

The waitress took us to this long table that had a beautiful view. You could see the Hollywood sign from here and that was so beautiful. Odell pulled out my chair for me and then I sat down and he sat down next to me. I pecked his lip then we saw three waitress walk up to our table and they caught everyone attention.

" Our boss is a big fan of yall team and he told us to let yall know everything on the house whatever each of you decided to order. Including these three bottles of champagne that's also on the house," the first waitress said.

Odell Pov

Everyone had a great dinner and the food was amazing. I was just shocked at how well everyone took to Lexie and how Lexie took to everyone. One thing I have learned about my girl she normally not a people person. Although she fit in so well with everyone and the guys just love telling stories about me and making her laugh her ass off.

The girls seem to just love her so much but I could tell Lexie wasn't feeling Ava. I can tell because every time Ava spoke Lexie's arm tensed up like she wanted to hit someone. I just rubbed her arm when I felt her getting tense and she quickly loosens it. After the dinner was over and everyone had talked and had a good time we decided to hit the club scene out in Los Angeles.

This was really my first time ever going to the club with Lexie. When she got in there she wasted no time popping the bottles. Also to say, Lexie, only twenty they never ever asked her for her id I guess because she always looked older. Once I realized she was on her seventh glass of Ciroc I took it out of her hand.

" What you doing Dell," Lexie whispered in his ear over the music.

" You not even old enough to drink you over doing it," Odell said.

" What you mean," Lexie asked with attitude.

" You not drinking anymore this is it for the night you can't get drunk," Odell said.

" Why not I want too," Lexie said.

" Because I have a Charity event tomorrow and I don't wanna be worried about you with a hangover Lexie and you have to come with me," Odell said.

" If it means that much baby okay," Lexie said.

" Drink this the whole thing because you are a little tipsy," Odell said reaching her water.

" No you going kill my little buzz I do have going on Dell," Lexie pouted.

" Lexie you not that far from being drunk just drink the water," Odell said.

" Fine," Lexie said taking the water from Odell and trying walk off only for him to grab her arm.

" Where do you think you going," Odell asked her.

" About my business since you killing a bitch vibe," Lexie said walking off and disappearing into the crowd.

" What's wrong Lexie," Hazel asked.

" Nothing," Lexie said.

" Why you drinking water bitch and not taking a shot," Erica asked.

" Odell cut be off for the night and gave me water," Lexie said holding up the water.

" Don't trip because Ben cut me off too," Hazel said.

" I'm coming right back yall," Lexie said.

" Where you going," Erica asked.

" I'm going to the restroom i'm be right back," Lexie said.

" You want us to go with you," Hazel asked.

" No i'm okay i'm be right back," Lexie said walking in the direction of the bathroom.

On the way to the bathroom, I finished the water Odell gave me and I was now completely sober. That was a waste of drinking tonight because I don't even have a buzz anymore.

Although I do respect he has a lot to do tomorrow and he wants me sober and by his side.  Therefore I push my little hurt feelings to the side that Odell just treated me like a kid and went in the restroom. I went into the stall and took care of my business.

After I was finished I walked and started washing my hands and when I looked up I saw Ava. I didn't say not one word to her at all but she spoke first and what she said caught my full attention.

" So you think you all that because you dating the caption of the team," Ava said.

" Excuse you," Lexie said taking back.

" You heard me so you think you all that because you dating the caption of the team," Ava asked.

" Look I could tell you and I didn't have good vibes with each other off the top. Now if you insecure that's your problem but I'm good.

Let me also bless your soul because I never said I was better than anyone but you can't help what your fans and your haters think," Lexie said smirking and walking out the bathroom.
