•Chapter 1•

Tessa's POV:
I woke up to someone splashing water on me, I looked up and it was Jake and his vlog!

T:WTF JAKE!!

I quickly got up and ran to the bathroom closing the door behind me and locking it before I fell to the floor as my tail replaced my legs, ugh I hate having to do this, I clenched my fist making my tail dry off allowing it to once again disappear. I stood up and unlocked the door and saw Jake standing there.

J:Are you ok?
T:No

I walked past him and bumped him with my shoulder, he grabbed my wrist and got closer to me.

J:It was just water Tessa!
T:......
J:Please don't me mad!

I pulled away from his grip and ran over to Erika's room. I bust through her door and then locked it.

E:What's up?
T:Jake woke me up today.....with water!
E:Shit!! Did he see?
T:No I quickly ran in the bathroom before he could see anything, I hate having to lie to him!
E:I know but we don't have any other choice T!
T:I just wish I could tell him without him freaking out!
E:I know everyday it's like walking around eggshells with these boys!!
T:Yeah, well I have to go, see ya later!
E:Bye!

I walked out and ran into Jake and his cup splashed all over me, are you serious, again?? I quickly ran into Erika's room again and locked her door, she looked confused then she saw me fall to the floor and transform.

E:What happened now?
T:Jake spilled his cup on me when I bumped into him.
E: Oh

I started drying off then I heard Jake inputting the code, fuck I forgot he knows everyone's code, Erika quickly clenched her fist to heat up the door knob making Jake take his hand off giving me time to dry off, I quickly got up and cooled down the door then opened it.

J:WHAT THE??
T:What?
J:The fucking door knob was hot as hell!
T:Seems perfectly fine to me.

He grabbed the door knob again and looked so confused, I walked away from him and then he ran up to me, I rolled my eyes and then he stepped in front of me and made me stop walking.

J:What's up with you today??
T:Nothing!
J:Every time you touch water you freak out and run away!
T:There are things you don't know Paul!

I walked away from him and into the kitchen to make breakfast.

Erika's POV:
I walked out of my room and saw Tessa making breakfast, I went over to her and sat on the counter while we talked, Chanthony came in wrestling each other with buckets of water, Chance suddenly threw the water at Anthony and he ducked and the water came splashing all over me, I quickly hopped off the counter and ran and Tessa ran after me after she realized what had happened, I walked into the bathroom and fell down while Tessa blocked the door. I started drying my tail and I heard Chance's voice outside the door.

T:I'm sorry but I can't let you in!
C:It's just water what's taking so long?
T:Chance just leave she'll be out in 3 minutes!
C:No I'm waiting right here!
T:Whatever!

After my tail dried I unlocked the door and walked out.

C:WTF!!HOW ARE YOU COMPLETELY DRIED!
E:Uhh I umm dried off
C:But I didn't hear the blow dryer!!
E:Well it was on!
C:Anyways I wanted to apologize. It was meant to hit Anthony not you!
E:It's ok.

What can I say?I have a sweet spot for Chance, unlike Tessa. Me and Tessa made our way back to the kitchen and Chanthony has left, me and Tessa filled up buckets of water to take back to my room for our daily magic practice. Jake came downstairs without his vlog and started chatting with Tessa while I filled up my bucket of water.

Tessa's POV:
Jake came up to me and started talking to me.

J:Oh so now you aren't afraid of the water!!
T:I'm not afraid of water!!
J:Oh really?!

He dipped his hands on the water and splashed me with water.

T:JAKE!!

Erika quickly turned around and saw what had happened.

E:Jake look!

He turned around allowing me to become invisible as I fell to the floor.He turned back around and looked confused.

J:Where did she go?
E:I don't know!

I quickly dried up and Erika helped me then I got up and went behind Jake and became visible again.

T:What's poppin?
J:Where did you go?
T:Nowhere!

I grabbed my bucket and carried it over to Erika's room as she followed behind me. Our first trick was freezing the water, we extended our hands and pointed it at the water making it freeze instantly, next we melted the ice, we formed our hands into fists making the ice melt. Then we did our freestyle tricks, I made the water form into a bubble and spin around me and then I put it back into the bucket. The we finished off by practicing becoming invisible, I made my hand into a fist and then moved it in front of me making me invisible to everybody. Erika did the same and we continued doing these tricks until we had to go to sleep. I walked up to my bedroom and stumbled upon Jake kissing some random girl in the hallway, it hurt to see him kissing someone else because I liked him.

T:Goodnight Jake!

He jumped up startled and turned around to see me on the verge of tears, he was going to come in my room but the girl pulled him back and kissed him again, I slammed the door and sat on the floor, ugh I hate having these secrets, I hate having to run away from Jake all the time, I hate having to see Jake kiss other girls! I suddenly heard a knock on the door.

T:Who is it?
?:Jake.
T:What do you want?
J:Are you ok?
T:No!
J:Let me in!
T:No, just leave me alone Jake!
J:No.

I sighed and then opened the door, Jake came inside and hugged me, I pushed him off me and sat near my window to hide my teary eyes I couldn't let a single tear roll down my cheek or else I would transform.

J:What's wrong Tess?
T:Don't call me that!
J:Why not?
T:You don't get to call me that right now!
J:Fine.
T:Just leave!
J:I'm sorry!
T:For what?
J:Whatever it is that I did to make you sad.
T:You're allowed to have a love life Jake just don't shove it in my face because y-

I had to stop because I felt a tear running down my cheek, I ran towards the restroom and quickly dried it in hopes that I caught it in time, Jake was banging on the door and the coast was clear, I walked out and past Jake.

J:Tessa why do you care if I kiss other girls or not?!
T:Bec-
E:Because she likes you!

I turned to see Erika standing in the doorway with an evil grin on her face, I blushed so hard I covered my face with my hands then I saw Jake blushing hard too.

E:And Jake likes you back!

I was shocked to hear that sentence and I saw Jake blushing and giving Erika a death glare. Erika ran to her room and me and Jake were alone, he kissed my cheek before leaving, I smiled and soon drifted off to sleep.
