Chapter 14

Roses pov

After Gerard left I began cleaning my apartment. It was a total wreck and I couldn't stand to look at it one more minute. After finishing cleaning, I lit a cigarette and watched tv for awhile. Hours later Frank came out the room and sat next to me.

Rose: Did you have a good nap?

Frank: Yes, it was so peaceful.

Rose: hehe, really? You didn't hear me blasting music, while I was.cleaning?

Frank: Nope. -Chuckles- I was really tired. Where's Gerard?

Rose: He's meeting some guy, that wants to sign you guys. Don't worry, they're only talking, I'm positive Gerard wont sign without you guys.

Frank: hehe, wow, just imagine if we make it big, that would be so awesome!

Rose:Yeah, you guys are fantastic, I'm already a big fan, -giggles- I'm going to buy all your albums and dvds and band merch.

Frank: That would be so epic!

Frank's pov

Rose leaned over to the coffee table to put out her cigarette, her robe was sliding down a little, revealing her naked shoulder blade, there was a huge purple mark, I immediately got worried.

Frank: Rose, what the fuck happened to your back?!

She jumped and quickly pulled up her robe.

Rose: um, I, I, I slid and fell in the shower.

Frank: Does it hurt?

Rose: Not anymore...um, I'm gonna take a shower now,.make yourself at home.

Rose scurried past me, I shook it out of my head, and turned the channels on the tv.

Roses pov

After my shower, I just stared at my back in the mirror, I was crying, wishing that the ugly scars would disappear faster. I hated that I didn't try to fight back, but he was just so strong. I wiped my tears, and slid on some jeans and a black t-shirt, and combed my hair into  a ponytail, and put on my mascara. When I entered the living room, Frank was sitting on the couch, with my black acoustic guitar, he was strumming on it.

Rose: I see you found Bailey.

He looks up at me, I smile and sit next to him.

Frank: How long have you been playing?

Rose: since I was 14; 8 years.

Frank: Lemme hear ya.

I grabbed my guitar and began strumming on it and sung a song that I wrote called "Falling in love will kill you".

I'm okay...

but I went to see the doctor yesterday...to tell him how my heart is going crazy...it feels like I got hit by a train...what is happening?

He said "listen, you fool, you're falling in love again.."  falling in love, falling in love, falling in love will kill you...."

Rose: The song isn't finished, but how do you like it so far?

Frank: it is beautiful, I actually felt like crying

We laughed, I hung my guitar on the wall.

Frank: Does Gerard know about the song?

Rose: No, he's too busy writing, so I stay out of his way. But I do play around on my guitar for him when he has time.

Frank: You should sing it to him some time.

Rose: someday. Are you hungry? I'm starving.

Frank: Yeah, me too!
