Chapter 19-20

Chapter 19- Auntie Megan!

Megan's POV:

I'm so excited, the kids are coming over today! So are Olivia and Hayes, we hang out every Sunday. * 2 hours later* When Connor and Olivia are playing with the kids I lean against the counter top sipping my beer. Hayes joins me and says smirking, " Have you guys thought about having kids yet?" " Wow Hayes one step at a time, we aren't even married yet." he chuckles, " Bow chicka brow cow." ( from 2 Broke Girls, awesome television show by the way). I start choking on my beer and Connor asks, " What did you do this time Hayes?!" I control myself then drink some water, " He um... he was being himself let's just put it that way." he nods then continues playing with the kids. He would be a great father no doubt about it, but we aren't even married, it would just be too soon. Gabbie comes up to me and says, " Wanna play with us Tia Megan." ( Tia is Portuguese for aunt.) I nod and go sit on Olivia's lap. She laughs and squeezes my thighs. " Hey! Hands to yourself, my fiancee is right there." I gesture towards Connor. She nods wrapping her arms around my waist, giving me a hug, " I love you Megan your the best!" Aww. " Love you too Olivia. Your the awesomest person I know!" Connor gasps, " If you love her so much why don't you marry her." I nod smiling, " Your right." I take off my mood ring and kneel in front of Olivia, wiggling my eyebrows at Connor, " Olivia, will you do me the great honor of marrying me?" she laughs and says as sarcastically as I did, " Yes!! Oh my God yes!!" I kiss her cheek and laugh. " I'm engaged again!" Connor chuckles, " Haha. No your not. You're all mine!" He picks me up then sits down straddling me in his lap. After that we all decided to watch a Disney movie and eat lots of popcorn. Yummm. As we all sit on the couch Connor looks down at me and says, " I love you Megan." I smile and say after I peck him on the lips, " I love you Connor." I snuggle up to him and slowly fall asleep.

Chapter 20- Nightmares Again?

Connor's POV:

I wake up to the sound of someone screaming, Megan. I look next to me and she is moving frantically side to side as if someone's suffocating her. I sit up and hold her down gently, " Baby its OK, you need to wake up now. It's just a nightmare I'm right here." She slowly stops and wakes up crying her eyes out. " Connor it-it was h-or-rib-lee my dad he-he was doing ho-or-if-y-ing things-" I pull her into a hug and say, " I know Megan, what he did to you and your mother was horrible. But he's gone now and I'll protect you I promise." she buries her face into my chest and continues crying. * Later that Day* I called Olivia and she came over, " What's wrong with Megan, is she still in her room?" I nod, " She had a nightmare last night about her parents and she hasn't left the room since, I'm really worried, she hasn't eaten or drank anything for the past 4 hours." her eyes widen, " Let me talk to her, hopefully I'll get her to eat some." I nod and she leaves.

Olivia's POV:

I go into Megan's room to see her curled up in a ball looking out of the window. " Megan, babe what's wrong." She turns to me her eyes glossy, her nose and cheeks red, she looks like a cute little kid. " I can't get the image of my mom getting beat and rapped out of my head." I sit down next to her, " I know its hard but you have to move on with your life, life is short Megan, we can die tomorrow or tonight in our sleep. Is this how you would want to remember your life, grieving over your parents death for the rest of your life or do you want to remember it by being the best wife and mother you could possibly be and be with the people you love and who make you happy." She sniffles, " Your right, I have to let it go. Luckily I have you guys to support me. But it is gonna be hard like you said but I can manage it." I smile and hug her, " Now go talk to Connor, he's really worried about you." She nods and freshens up then goes to see Connor.

Megan's POV:

I see Connor on the couch with his face in his hands, " Hey babe..." he looks up and instantly smiles," Megan, your alright. Do you want me to make you anything. Like at all." I smile and sit on his lap hugging him tightly, " Don't worry about it, I'll make us some grilled cheese." he smiles then kisses me, " I thought I lost you..." I smile in the kiss, " You could never lose me even if you tried." he pulls back staring at me, " What are ya staring at Connor?" he studies my face, " I'm just looking at every speck of light in your eyes. Admiring your beauty per say." I nod and kiss his forehead before getting up to make the grilled cheese. " Wanna stay in and watch the Once Upon a Time series or Harry Potter." I yell, " HARRY POTTER!!!!!!!! POTTER HEAD FOR LIFE!!!!!!" he chuckles, " Why am I not surprised?!" I give him the cupcake face then he puts on Harry Potter and presses pause. He is so sweet to wait for me, he knows I will kill him if he doesn't. I bring him his food and then we watch my beloved Harry Potter. It was a good night for me besides crying my eyes out but life will go on, no one ever said it would be easy.

Hey guys its Kat! So Megan has nightmares of her dead parents. Her dad abused her and her mom at this time Megan was very young. Her dad got murdered and her mom got abused so many times that her body just gave up. So that's the story. Anywho the Song of The Day is All of Me by John Legend.
