Chapter 43/44- Wide Awake.
Andrea's POV:
( Next Day) Megan is still in the coma, but she is now responding to the medication. All of us have been a mess. Ever since we arrived at the hospital we never left Connor or Violet. I sit on the couch and start reading Megan's favorite book, Safe Haven. Do you know how hard it is to be in a hospital waiting for your best friend to wake up, Especially when there is nothing you can do? It's a real pain in the ass, I can tell you that much. As I read her favorite parts of the book that she highlighted, I start crying. Kian comes up to me and hugs me tightly, " Shhh baby. Everything will be alright I promise." I nod and say, " I know. I just miss her." he smiles and kisses my cheek, " We all do."
Connor's POV:
Well Violet was at school and everyone was on their phones updating our fans on Megan. Besides Andrea, she was reading Megan's book. I pull out my phone and go on Twitter;
@Connor_Franta: Hey guys it's me Connor, as of now Megan is responding to the medication but is still in a coma. And to everyone who sent her get well presents or cards, thank you. Hopefully she'll wake up soon and if not...We'll just have to hope for the best. I'll keep you all updated, Love ya guys. -xx :)
I put my phone back on the counter next to me and Sam comes up to me, " Hey Con Da Bon. Some of our friends are here." I simply nod and follow him to the waiting room. I see Tyler, Sawyer, Marcus, and Joe. " Hey guys. What are you doing here?" they all hug me and Tyler says, " I came to see my Sass Queen. How is Megan doing, speaking of her?" I scratch the back of my head, " She has finally responded to the medication but is still in the coma." they all frown and Sawyer says, " I'm so sorry Connor. At least she made progress." I nod and they all go to see Megan besides Joe, " I'm sorry Connor. I know it must be hard for you but she'll pull through." I smile and hug him, " Thanks Joe."
Andrea's POV:
Zoe and the rest of the girls showed up 30 minutes later. Lisa runs up with Shane and says, " Oh my God, I heard about Megan. Is she alright?!?" I nod and say, " She's made progress." she gives me a reassuring smile before giving me a hug. It's good to see our friends again, It's been too long. After everyone arrives we sit in the cafeteria and wait. I'm gonna stay until Megan wakes up, I know she will.
