Vampire crush - Larry Stylinson - Book 2 - Chapter 7

Harry pov

We couldn't really relax today. The dream and "dark magic" was always on our minds. Marta spend the whole day in her room. I had went to check on her but she was too busy reading and making magical stuff.

By dinner her potion to our nightmares were done.

"You are sure that this will help us?" Josh asked.

"I'm positive. There is great magic in here, but not so big that I can't handle it" she answered with a smile.

"Will this only work tonight or are we completely done with the nightmares?" Niall asked.

"This one will only help tonight, but I'm working on a permanent one, you have to drink this until it's done. I think it will be done by the day after tomorrow" Marta said

"Oh okey" Niall said.

"But, enough chit-chat. Mix it with your drinks and drink everything up now" Marta said.

We mixed the potion with our drinks and drank it all up. Then we enjoyed the dinner, and everyone felt relieved that this was hopefully over.

"Oh god, I feel so tired" Katherine said. We were all cuddled up in the sofa, me and Louis Katherine and Niall and Josh and Liam. Marta had a little jet-lag so she had gone to bed. 

"Babe, it's only 22:30. Are you feeling alright?" Niall asked.

"Yes, I'm just tired. I think I'll go to bed" she said and stood up from the sofa.

"I'll come with you" Niall said and stood up as well.

"No you don't have to, just be here with the others" she said.

"No, when you said it, I feel kind of tired too" he said and took her hand.

"Okey. Good night everyone!" She said and we all said goodnight.

"You know, I'm actually feeling tired too" I said and when I thought about it, I actually felt really tired, like I was wearing wet clothes and couldn't move that much without getting more tired.

"Yeah, me too" Louis said and everybody began to mumble their agreement.

"Goodnight then" I said and grabbed Louis hand and and went to the bedroom.

The night went splendid. Nobody had any nightmares and we all felt well rested when we woke up and ate breakfast. It felt like ages since we had laughed and smiled as much as we did then. And Marta was so happy to see everyone happy. She was almost like a mother who looked at her kids having a good time.

The one thing was the I still felt pretty tired. Not so tired as last night, but still.

"Marta. Does the drink make one really tired or something?" I asked.

"Yes. That one of its side effects. Since this is a potion to change something in your head while sleeping your body wants to rest so that it can easier do that. But when the dreams and are permanently gone you won't be so tired anymore" she said.

"Oh, okey. But did you find out anything more about the dark magic on this island?" I asked.

"Yes, I found something. You're not gonna like it. It's a really old and strong type of magic that could... End not so good. And it's been placed here by someone, I don't know who but I'm trying to track the person from the magic" she said.

"Can you make it... Not end not so good?" Niall asked.

"Yes, and I'm already working on it, so it will slowly disappear, but like I said its old and strong so it will take some time" Marta answered.

"If it is this dangerous why don't we just leave the island?" Josh asked.

"No, hush hush, I'm promise that I will fix this and let you have your vacation. It's been so long since you've seen each other, don't let this ruin your good time" Marta said.

"Yeah, she's right. Let's make the best out of it" said Liam. 

We played around all day. We were mostly on the beach and had fun in the water. We ignored the tiredness and we all let our shoulders down and felt like we could finally breath for a moment.

Around the dinner table we were all pretty tired from playing all day, and the drink, so we were all slightly irritated around the table. 

We had to drink  the drink tonight too, and when we were done with dinner we all said goodnight and went to bed. The day after we were still tired and maybe even more. And we tried to have fun. Up it seemed like everybody just went on each other's nerves a little bit. Nothing big happened, but everybody was just to tired to really care. Marta spend the day inside, fighting the evil magic. She said she was sure it would all be gone soon and that we soon could stoop with the dream drink in a few days. But we still had to take it this evening too, and we almost didn't eat before we went to bed.
