Hide and seek

Bakugou's POV

For once in my life I have never been more happy to not hear that Damn annoying alarm clock in the morning. "Wake up my little explosion boy." I hear a soft voice call to me as even softer lips brush against mine. Without opening my eyes I smile against his lips, and kiss back gently. Good morning kisses are the best kisses. "I'm sorry I woke you up a little early. Well, not a little, but I couldn't go back to sleep and I wanted to watch the sunrise with you." He sets on the ground Indian style with a little puppy dog pouting face. Damn it how the hell so you argue against this? "Fine damn it I'll get up just because you're fucking adorable." I sigh as I attempt to sit up. How early is it like 5:30 in the morning? "Look how pretty it is." He whispers as we crawl outside our tent. The cold earth below me chills my body quickly, but I ignore it. The sun burned pink as the sky around it was a golden yellow color. It started to rise on the mountains, and flocks of birds filled the background. This scene is breathtaking, and beats any old sunset. "It reminds me of you." He smiles, and sits in my lap. My eyes widen at first, but I quickly adjust. For a while we sit in silence just watching as the sun continues to rise. I wrap my arms around him, and put my head to his back. This was definitely worth waking up too. "I hope you got enough beauty sleep sweetheart because we aren't going back to bed." I whisper. I could tell he was tired again, but he done woke me up. "Aw come onnnnn you love taking naps." He whimpers, but I ignore it. No way in hell am I letting him wake me up early just so he could go to bed. "Come on you little puppy." I hold the tent door open, then zip it back up. "Bakugou let me sleeeeppppp." He whines again, and I press my finger up to his lips. "Nope, you woke me up so now you can stay up with me." I smile daringly, and watch as his eyes light up. "Fine, you asshole." He chuckles, and gives up the little innocent act. "Since when were you all sweet?" He shoots me a mocking glare as I roll my eyes. "Oh fuck you Icy Hot I was tired." I growl as a blush rises in my cheeks. "Plus I wasn't the only one acting sweet what about you? It reminds me of you my ass!" I try to defend myself, but it only makes things worse. "Hey I will have you know that it took a lot of courage to attempt to wake your ass up!" He chuckles watching my face grow as red as Kiriahimas hair. "You're an ass you know that right?" I mutter looking away. For a slight second I see as his face grows sad, but almost instantly becomes normal again. "But you're my ass." I smile, and grab his hand. I can't let my pride and joy be sad, never in a million years. He embraces me into his arms, and I gently lay my head on his chest. It's about time he showed me some actual loving. "You're not very good at word play are you?" He chuckles quietly into my ear. I push him back, and cross my arms. Why in the actual fuck would he do this? "Fuck you!" I yell laying back down, and turning my back to him. I'm not actually mad at him, but this is the only way to get him back. "Aw come on you know.." he goes to touch my back, but I quickly grab his arms to pull him down with me. His face full of shock as I hold him tight in my arms quickly fades to a gentle smirk. "Poor gullible Icy Hot." I smile against his neck which I bury my face in. "Hold me tighter." He whispers as he turns over to face me. My face grows hot as we get an inch apart. I pull him in closer by his waist, and keep my hands in that same position. "Hey Todoroki..." I whisper staring into his sleepy eyes. His smile widens, but turns into a yawn. "Yes?" He whispers back sleepily. I chuckle a little, and stare at my little sleeping beauty. "WAKE YOUR ASS UP! I'm not as stupid as you think I am asshole. Your not going to distract me to let you sleep." I yell as his eyes shoot wide open. I see what this little prick was trying to pull. There's no way he's going to pull a fast one like that on me. "Fine damn jerk." He scratches his eyes, and sits up. "It's time to wake up anyway." He grumbles crawling to his suitcase full of clothes. "I have no idea what today's challenge is going to be, but we have to be on our A game. If Kaminari or Kirishima starts anything it's just to get underneath your skin so they can win. They think that is your weakness, so show them otherwise." He looks back at me, the smile far gone. I nod, and look in my own clothes. "Today I'm going after that damn Deku if it's the last thing I do, and for your own damn health I suggest you don't get in my way." I warn as I choose a pair of gym shorts, and a black shirt with a little explosion on it. Yes, I get shirts of myself, but who wouldn't? I hear him sigh, but there was no defense against it. We get dressed, of course we take turns I'm not watching him change yet geez. We walk to breakfast, and meet up with the rest of our group. "Good morning Todo, good morning Bakugou." Momo smiles, and greets us. Everyone else gives us a wave, but not really a welcoming. "So, today we have to haul ass." I stare at each of them intensely. No one fucking understand how much I hate to lose. Especially to damn Deku so we have to make it where there is no possible way for him to win again. I chew on a muffin, and watch as the others agree. "We have to go, get the damn job done, and hurry the hell up." I'm mostly talking to myself now. I need to get myself hyped up that way I'm not to tired to function. "Quiet, we are going over the scores which should be easy. First day winners Bakugou's team, second day winners team Deku, third day winners will be whoever wins today. Simple enough, but now we will get into details about today's challenge. It's hide and seek, but not just a normal game. I am the one seeking, and you all are the hiders. You can also make traps so other team members get caught. So basically you are battling against each other without getting caught by me understand?" Aizawa explains as everyone nods. So a game of Hide and seek huh? "Pardon me sir, but what are boundaries!" Iida yells before Aizawa has completely rolled away in his sleeping bag. "The whole forest is your boundary." He sighs then roles away. I look to the rest of my team who all seems to be having the same idea. "Fuck all of you." I roll my eyes as they give me that it's my fault look. Okay so what if I go after Deku? It's not like I will lose. "Come on Bakugou be a team player instead of thinking of yourself." Jiro sighs with an attitude. I grit my teeth as the lines in my eyes grow. "What the fuck did you just say?" I growl as my palms start to heat up. Everyone shoots her a look as she sighs heavily. "I had a fucking plan but fuck it make your own damn plan!" I yell walking away from the table. Naw, fuck that she must be on her period or something because she's being a real bitch. "Bakugou come back.." Momo calls to me, and I roll my eyes. Just because I apologize to you once doesn't mean you can talk to me whenever you feel like it. "Fuck off." I throw up my middle finger, and continue to walk. I know my game plan, now it's up to them to do their part. "Bakugou we need you." She says a little more serious which takes me back. I guess she is right, they do need me. Heck if Todoroki and I weren't here they would have no one. "Fine but tell her if she bitches at me one more time I'll knock her damn head off." I growl as I make my way back to the table. The rest of the other teams have already been staring, but when do they not stare? I throw up my middle finger for all of them to see, and then get right back into business. "If we separate Aizawa won't find all of us at once. However it gives others a better chance to capture us. Then again as long as Aizawa doesn't get us it doesn't matter. As long as we can get out of the traps before he gets to us the traps mean nothing. In short I think we should split up. Our best bet is to let Icy Hot freeze everyone because there is no way that they're breaking out of it. We need to watch that damn invisible girl though because she's going to be sneaky." I pause making sure everyone is paying attention. "Okay, here is the plan, listen closely. If you don't think you can capture someone, hide. If you can then capture them quickly, and hide. We are separating to cover my ground. Plus it gives us a better chance that Aizawa won't find us all." As soon as I finish speaking we are all called over to the edge of the tree line. "I am giving you ten minutes to hide, or do whatever you want. After ten minutes you are all fair game." He smiles evilly at us as we get into starting positions. "Look stand back to back so we face different directions." I order the others, and they gladly obey. Damn, I love being in charge. "Get ready, get set, GO!" He yells as everyone starts running. The only thought in my head is to stalk Deku like a Jaguar and pounce when the time is right. My aggressive side comes out, and I start jumping from tree to tree like a silent spider monkey. "Alright you damn nerd where the hell did you go?" I whisper to myself scoping at the area. "Aha, spot ya." I smile to myself as I follow him with my eyes. There's no way Deku is going to use his quirk this early on into the competition. I creep up on him, and swiftly reach for what looks like a vine. "Damn you loser." I say while kicking him in the back. He falls to the ground, but quickly gets up. "Kachaan..." he freezes in fear. He knows damn well not to fuck with me right now. "I am better then you Deku!" I growl as little explosions come off my palms. I go for a punch, but he dodges so I swipe his legs out from underneath him. I quickly grab the vine, and tie him tight up against a tree. His arms are tied, legs are tied, even his body is tied. There is no way in hell he can even think about using his quirk now. A buzzer goes off, and I can only assume that means times up. "Game over Deku." I growl, and kick his knee caps. He yells in pain as I run as fast as possible to what looks to be a fox hole. Of course I can hardly fit, but this is the only place right now to hide. "Wow, you really are pathetic." I hear Aizawa say in a distance. Wow, he really was that fast to get here? Maybe my plan wasn't that great after all. "Ugh go find your own hiding spot!" I hear someone yell from far off, and the sound of his scarf is as fast as lightning. Damn, he really isn't fucking around is he? I crawl out of the hole, and run further into the forest. Come on, there has to be a good hiding spot somewhere. I run further, and in the distance hear a waterfall. That's it, the waterfall could be perfect. I race as quickly as possible to it, and carefully inspect it. I bet you a million dollars there's a little opening behind it. As I inch my way closer to see if there is one, a little head pops out of nowhere. "I will drown your ass no question." My voice grows dark, and my muscles tense. Red reflects off the water, and I refuse to turn around. Come on Bakugou don't let him get underneath your skin, you have to win. "Shh Aizawa will hear you, he's like a hawk." He whispers, but I try to ignore him. Just block him out, and everything will be alright. "Fucking leave me alone, or I will end you." I warn again. I'm trying my best not to hurt him right now. "Fine, finders keepers, you get to keep the waterfall." He starts to walk away, and a sigh of relief escapes my lungs. I go behind the waterfall which is exactly the right size for one person. "I got my target, now let's hope they get theirs." My voice echoes, and I pray to God Aizawa didn't hear it. I don't know how long it's been, but I'm getting pretty bored. "Fuck it." I whisper coming out of the waterfall. Being cooped up alone isn't worth it. "Bakugou come here." A dark voice calls from behind me. It's that bird guy, what's he doing here? "The girls got caught in traps. It's only us guys now in our group, and there's only seven of us left in the whole game." He tries to explain. I push away, and start trying to find another hiding spot. "Follow the damn plan, and spread out then. There are three of us, so if we split up we can make it three against one." I growl quietly. I know Aizawa is going to be on his A game now. Especially since it's the final ten. "That's some bullshit!" I hear a very familiar voice yell. I snicker to myself as I hear this. That's what that dirty son of a bitch gets. Now there's only 6 of us left which means easy domination. I race up a hill to get high ground to spot someone else. "Long time no see." A cheeky voice rises behind me. "Damn it!" I yell bashing my hands off boulders. This shit is pissing me off why the hell does it have to be him. "Woah... are you alright?" Kirishima asks taking a step closer to me. I stand straight up ready to stand my ground. To win he has to go down. "Your ass is going down." I growl jumping into the air. I look around, and spot a little rut in the mountain. If I make as much ruckus as I want then quickly hide there is no way Kirishima won't get caught. I jump right over Kirishima making as many blasts as possible before burrowing in the rut. Pft, I know that was such a pussy move, but I play to win. "Huh this is surprising seeing how you don't have an explosion quirk." His voice rings in my ears. Kirishima you bitch you better not fucking snitch. "Yeah I guess he was just to smart for me." I hear him slightly laugh. I hide till I can't hear Aizawa's scarf anymore. Two more to go, and then victory is mine. I run to the top of the hill, and scope out for anyone. I jump a little as something wraps around my body. Oh fuck no there's no way that I'm out. "Gotcha!" A voice echoes behind me. You've got to be shitting me if you think I'm letting tape bitch take me down. "I think the fuck not!" I start heating my hands up. I don't care if I have to burn myself this tape will be coming off one way or another. "You're willing to give yourself third degree burns? I hope you know this tape doesn't come off unless I pull it back." He snickers. Does he really think this intimidates me? "So you're attached to me? Which means if I get out you get out." I smirk as his eyes widen. Gotcha now bitch I will take us both down. I start letting off explosions as he tries to retract his tape. "Nope." I grab onto the end as tight as I can, and left off more explosions with my other hand. Not even a minute later Aizawa is before us. "Taking everyone down with you huh? Well played." He smirks, and sends us on our way. "Great going Bakugou!" He spits kicking rocks as we head back to the camp. "Shut the hell up tape like you could ever take me down." I smile as he gets mad. Sero always gets mad at me, but deep down he knows he misses me. "Alright, but you have to admit I would put up a good fight." He chuckles, and I can't help to smile. I miss joking around with him, and even all the other guys. "I admit to nothing." I tease, and look for the girls on my team. "How in the hell did you get caught by traps?" I shake my head sitting next to them. I mean come on all they had to do was hide. "I got caught by Mineta's balls. He is so tiny, and hard to see which actually came in handy for this." Jiro admits looking a little disappointed. I guess she did make a valid point, but what about Momo? I know Momo is better then this. "Listen Bakugou I'm being honest here. I was trying to hide, and Mina hit me with her acid on accident. I got caught, but there is almost no skin on the side of my foot. I had to wrap it up good, but thankfully recovery girl was here." She sighed pointing to her still bandages foot. Damn, I forgot how strong her acid actually is. "Well there are three people left. Fumikage, Todoroki, and one other person." I say looking around to see who's missing. Damn that prick is still out there? I swear I heard him get out.... wait. All I heard him say was "that's some bullshit!" That doesn't necessarily mean he got out. "THEY BETTER TAKE THAT FUCKER DOWN!" I yell pointing at Kirishimas table. How the hell did he make it this far? He sticks out like a sore thumb. Everyone at that table turns their heads, and tries to ignore me. "Bakugou calm down it isn't that deep." Jiro tries to calm me down, but I quickly snap on her. "Shut the hell up and mind your own damn business!" I yell while steam comes off my hands. The whole camp grows quiet as I stand. "None of you fucking understand." I mutter going back to my own tent. I need to at least cool off for a little bit. I do however want to be there when he gets out to rub it in. I unzip the tent, and make my way to the sleeping bag. Quickly a hand covers my mouth, and I quickly turn with a right hook. "Ow fuck Bakugou!" A stern voice yells out in pain. "Todoroki?" I say confused wondering why he was here. "Shhhhh shut the hell up." He whispers. Oh, I get it, this is where he has been hiding. "They said the whole forest is boundaries, and camp is in the forest which means we technically aren't cheating." He explains his voice barley even a whisper. Look at my sly little puppy using his head. "You're a fucking genius." I whisper giving him a huge hug. Honestly all day I've just been thinking about getting this over with so I could actually be with him. I don't even care if we can't be open about our relationship I just want to be near him, and able to at least talk. "I got Deku out, and Kirishima. However to get Sero out I had to sacrifice myself. We have you, The bird, and sparky left." I try to keep my voice down. I don't want to get him caught, but damn I didn't realize how much I actually missed him. This game has been going on all day, and this is the first time I even got to look at him. He raises his thumb up with a huge smile on his face.  Leaning forward towards me he cups my face in his hands, and lightly kisses me on the lips. I kiss back, then finally break away. "I'm going to go back, I sort of caused a huge scene before I left." I smile nervously as he rolls his eyes. This is the "of course you did" famous look. I exit the tent, and make my way back to where everyone else is at. Wait, damn there's no way the bird can go against sparky. His shadow is afraid of the light that comes out of him. Fuck, Icy Hot May have to come out of hiding. "No fair! How did you not see him!" I hear his voice yell. Makes sense, it is getting dark which means seeing sparky would stick out even more. "THATS WHAT YOU GET!" I yell as soon as starts walking through the trees. He rolls his eyes, and plops himself on a bench. "Present Mic do your thing." Aizawa sighs as Present Mic jumps on a table. "WINNERS COME OUT!" He yells, and I'm pretty sure people in the city could probably hear it. Shortly after Icy Hot, and the bird come. "Team Bakugou is today's winners. Now all of you can go eat." Aizawa waves is off as we rush to get food first. "You know Bakugou you could be more sportsman like." Glasses comments. He always has to comment on everything I do. "You know I didn't think you could get anymore annoying, but each and everyday you prove me wrong." I spit grabbing a hamburger. He sighs, but doesn't say anything else. I think everyone just gets it now that you might as well not start a fight with me. I take my seat where I usually sit, and wait for the others to get there. "Good job guys we all did good today." Icy Hot says while sitting. The others smile wide, and thank him. "I think Bakugou got most people out which is incredible." Momo smiles, and I attempt to give her a smirk. I am pretty amazing I must admit. "I'm honestly surprised at how well Fumikage is doing though. I've been underestimating him this entire time." Jiro adds as he nods appreciatively. He doesn't talk very much does he? We finish eating before we all head to our own tents. "Guessing you got a nap in?" I smirk as he yawns loudly. "Aw come on you know I wouldn't take one without you." He smirks devilishly. "Haha bullshit." I laugh, and get ready for bed. Today has been a really long day, and all we did was play a children's game. "Last night I cuddled with you so it's your turn to come over here." He says holding open his sleeping bag. Hold up, does he mean what I think he means? "Oh so you want to be big spoon tonight?" I chuckle as he rolls his eyes. "Fine then, since you did win." I crawl over into his sleeping burying my face into his chest. Damn his body is so nice. He wraps his arms around me, and hold me tight. I start to play with his hair, and I give his neck a soft little kiss. No Bakugou boundaries for right now it is literally only day two. "Goodnight Todo..." I whisper smiling against his chest. My eyes flutter shut, and I drift off into sleep.
