Rosalie looked at Marshall and Lily like they were crazy. They had rushed into her work and stood at her desk staring at her until they told her that they were going to Atlantic City to elope.
"Come with us!" she shut her case files and looked at her friends.
"Let's go get you two crazy kids married." she said. She packed up her things and got into the taxi that was waiting outside for them. They went to get Barney who was getting a pedicure and they all got pedicures for the big day. When they arrived to Atlantic City they walked into the hotel they were going to be staying at.
"Wow. Look at this place." they looked around to see it filled with the senior crowd, "I guess I'll have my pick of something old."
"And something blue. Somebody should check on this lady." Marshall said pointing to a woman.
"Ah, A.C., always in decline, never hitting bottom. It's good to be back, old friend."
"You been here before?" Ted asked Barney.
"Oh, uh, once or twice."
"Barney!" someone said coming over to them.
"Ah, good to see you, too. Three times, maybe."
"The wedding chapel...this is it. Are you ready to do this?" Lily asked Marshall.
"I'm ready. Let's get married."
"Yeah." the other four said.
"Oh, crap. I don't have a veil. I'm a bride, I can't get married without a veil. And a bouquet. I need a veil and bouquet. Oh, my God, we're getting married."
"Don't worry. Relax. We'll get you a veil, honey."
"Oh, Robin, that's a really cute outfit." Lily told her.
"Oh, really? Thanks."
"Yeah, it has to go. I'm the bride, you can't look better than me." Lily said.
"Done." Robin left and Lily looked at Rosalie.
"A cream colored power suit? Really, Rose. What is this? The nineties?"
"Sorry? It's the one I had clean in my closet today and I had court today." Rosalie said.
"You look too good. Change." Rosalie went to follow Robin who was at the gift shop and the two girls found these shirts with fake bikinis on them. They changed into them. Rosalie still wore the heels she had on for work.
"How do you look good in this?" Robin asked when looking at her.
"I think it's the legs." Rosalie said with a laugh. The two girls found the rest of the group.
"Okay, we're here. Right?"
"Oh, God, the things people waste money on in Atlantic City."
"Does it smell like strippers in here?" Robin asked.
"That's weird, right? Marshall and Lily are getting married!" Ted said avoiding the question. Barney came over to Rosalie.
"Hell, yeah, look at this." she turned on the musical bouquet in her hands and it played the wedding march.
"We went to a strip club." he told her quietly.
"So?"
"You're amazing." he kissed her quickly.
"Oh, baby, this is it. Let's do this thing." Marshall told Lily.
"Hi. We're here to get married." Lily told the woman at the front desk of the chapel.
