4. Guests

There was a loud knock on my door which woke me up.

I groaned and lifted myself up, rubbing my eyes gently.

"Who's it?" I asked in a raspy voice.

"Princess, the guest are going to arrive soon.....The king has asked you to get ready and meet him..."

"Okay..."  I say and groan again when I hear the maid leave.

Guests. I hate it. Must be some other guy for marrying me and all that stuff.

I so hate it! It's very no fun!

(A/n - *inserts jhope saying that*"Jimin is very no fun"....I'm sorry I had to😂😂😂 Poor Jimin. LMAO)

I can't even do anything about it. I don't even get the deal you know? I've always gotten the vibe from father which say, 'Oh she's a girl? Well then I have to just bring her up and then give her to someone else as soon as possible so that the burden leaves'

All I can do is sigh right now.

I sighed again to myself, just as I do every morning and thinking to myself that 'Oh well...it's another sh*tty day' 

I took a bath. Threw on my clothes.

I took one last look at the mirror before heading out.

I walked out to my father's room.

I knocked twice.

"Come in" There it was. The cold emotionless aged voice.

I made sure to forbid each and every emotion I had inside me from showing it self.

I walked in.

He was sitting on a big chair beside his bed.

"Aah I see you've actually dressed up nicely. I was afraid that you'll still be the brat you were last time."

I just look down.

Brat?

Last time?

I just had a small freaking twig in my hair since I was coming from the garden after a walk. The biggest thing, the guests hadn't ever arrived at that point of time so they didn't even see it!

Yup. That's how harsh he goes. Always.

"The king and his son would be arriving soon. Do NOT embarrass me you good for nothing! Get it!?"

I nod still looking down with gritted teeth.

No. Don't even let a single drop of tear fall. He is not worth your tears. Stop.
