11. Prisoner

"You wanna see something?" I asked.

"Mhm" he nodded.

I got up and extended my had to him. He took it while smiling as I started to lead him to a really really special place.

"Wh- Where ar- are w- we goi- going hmm?" He asked while laughing at how excited I was.

"Somewhere special" I grinned.

We finally came to a corner of the palace where no soldiers would be at this hour.

"Th- There ar- aren't ma- many so- soldiers here" He said.

I nodded before pulling him behind a opaque curtain that hung near by.

People thought it was a normal curtain without any special noticeable things. Little did they know this curtain was a treasure of wonders. Not many knew about it.

This curtain is capable of hiding one of the most amazing things in the world.

I looked at Jungkook in the dark who was obviously shook at what on earth had occurred.

"Ja-" Before he could say anything I shushed him.

"Be quiet for a while.....it's safe I swear" I whispered as softly as I could.

I saw him nod a little.

There were steps leading upstairs.

"Be Careful" I softly said as I reached out for a candle kept at corner of the 7th stair. Beside it was a pack of match sticks. Being careful not to burn myself I lit the candle. The soft light shoo-ing away the darkness. My breath hitched as I looked up to see Jungkook's eyes boring into mine, like he was looking into my soul.

Our faces inches away. I couldn't even help but look down at his lips. Those pink lips which were begging to be claimed. I could notice his face coming closer to mine and I was more than ready if this was gonna be a kiss.

I've been craving for those lips for so long.

"Yes! I'll be looking after the entrance from now"

We heard someone yell. We both instantly tore our gazes from each other's lips.

"L- Let's go someone's coming...." I whispered to him softly.

He nodded and we started to climb up the stairs. I mentally cursed at myself for letting my control get out of hand so easily.

"D- Do th- these steps e- end?" He asked trying to catch his breath.

"Well yes, and we're almost there! Let's go!" I said and giggled.

"Ok- Okay" he said and we continued climbing.

We finally came in front of a door.

"Well, get ready to get surprised!" I grinned.

I held the knob of the door and slowly twisted it to open it. As the door opened, we were greeted by the moon and night sky with twinkling stars.

I smiled to myself at the view. I carefully walked out followed by a shook Jungkook.

"It's beautiful isn't it?" I breathed.

"I- It i- is in- indeed." He said.

"Well the roof of the palace has always been one of those favourite secret places of mine" I smiled.

Yes. ROOF.

We were on the roof of the castle.

I carefully sat down on the roof so that I don't fall off the palace resulting in my death due to my neck breaking.
