It was a new start.

A new life.

A new journey.

And I couldn't be more excited!

Is this how the roads and places outside a royal palace look like?

It's so colourful! Both physically and metaphorically!

"Y- You like i- it?" Jungkook giggled looking at my amused expression.

I vigorously nodded with a grin.

I must be looking like a child who found the tastiest sweet possible.

How could I not?

I've been missing on such good things!

We finally stopped in front of a big house! It was very pretty.

"W- Welcome t- to my h- home" Jungkook smiled warmly.

Of course. It was where he was brought up. It gave him pleasure to come back here after a long time.

He rang the bell by pulling the string attached to some bells which jingled.

"Aah I'm coming! Wait!" I heard an elderly voice say from inside.

The door slid open, an elderly woman standing there. As soon as her eyes fell on Jungkook she froze.

"J- Jungkook? Is that you?"

Jungkook chuckled.

"Yes!" He exclaimed before wrapping her up in a tight hug.

Her eyes got a little teary.

"Boy have you become more muscular" She laughed before hitting him on the arm playfully.

"Miss M-Minjee! Th- That hu- hurt!" Jungkook pouted.

"Oh shut up Kook! Look at you becoming a muscle pig" She laughed.

Jungkook continued pouting at her.

I was standing there looking at the two interacting. It was such a cute sight. It was adorable.

She finally seemed to notice me standing behind Jungkook.

"Who's this? Aaaaah- Is she your girlfriend? You finally have a girlfriend? Oh my God!! My boy finally grew up!" She fangirled.

I smiled at her while Jungkook grew red. He looked like a tomato. It would be a lie if I said I didn't feel my cheeks getting heated too.

"Mi-Miss Minjee~" Jungkook whined while scratching the back of his neck.

She came and cupped my cheeks.

"Oh my! She's so pretty! Jungkook I'm so proud of your choice. Nice choice! Eeeh! She looks like she's been brought from the Moon!" She said and hugged me. I hugged back smiling at the cheerful lady.

"Why are you both standing outside? Come on in!" She urged.

We both took the horses to the shed next to the house and went in.

As soon as we went in, I heard footsteps down the stairs case. A lot of them.

"Who was the Miss-" Before they finished their sentence, all the mouths of the children hung open.

Their surprised expressions quickly evolved into a super happy one and all of then screamed together-

"JUNGKOOK HYUNG/OPPA!"
