Veronica was walking with Elena and Matt outside of the school building.
"They're keeping her overnight to make sure there's no infection,but she should be able to come home tomorrow" Matt Donovan explained.
"That's good news" the doppelgänger said. "Yeah" Matt agreed.
"Did you get in touch with your mom?" Ronnie asked. "Called and left a message. She's in Virginia beach with her boyfriend,so we'll see how long it takes her to come rushing home" Matt explained.
Elena sighed. "Vicki's very lucky that she's okay" "I know, and now there's talk of some missing campers" the blonde male said.
"Did she sat what kind of animal it was that attacked her?" The doppelgänger questioned.
"She said it was a vampire?" Matt said. Veronica furrowed her brows.
"What?" Veronica laughed "Yeah,she wakes up last night and mutters 'vampire' and then passes out" Matt said.
"Okay, that is weird" Elena said. "I think she was drunk" Matt concluded.
"So what's up with you and the new guy?" Matt asked. Veronica closed her eyes preparing for the awkwardness.
"Matt,the last thing that I want to do is hurt you" Elena said. "You know I'm- I'm actually gonna go back to the hospital I want to be there to when Vicki wakes up, get the real story about last night" Matt changed the subject.
"Okay" Elena said sadly.
"I'll see you tonight Ronnie?" Matt asked.
"Of course" Ronnie smiled.
••• Veronica walked around handing out flyers with Elena and Bonnie.
"Tonight, Night of the Comet. Would you like a program?" Bonnie asked as the three handed them it anyway.
"He didn't call huh?" The witch asked. "Or text" Elena added. "But then I realised we never even exchanged that stuff. We've never gotten to the texting part"
"That's an important milestone in relationship"
"Isn't it? The timing was wrong anyway"
"When is it ever right?" Veronica questioned. "I'm not ready Veronica" "Who is?" She remarked.
"At least I put myself out there" Elena retorted "Is that what your calling it?"
"What do you mean?"Elena questioned
"All I'm hearing is reasons why you can't" Bonnie agreed.
••• Elena and Bonnie walked over to the gang with their candles. Caroline lit Bonnie's and Matt lit Elena's and then walked over to Stefan to light his. Veronica walked over to the trio.
"I got you a candle" Caroline said passing it over to her.
"Thanks" The She-wolf smiled. She brought Caroline into a side hug before walking closer to the Bonnie.
"Hey" a familiar voice rang in her mind,Matt. She turned in her heel and face him. "Hi" "Uh..here" he said tilting his candle to light hers. "Thanks" she smiled. "You're welcome" he smiled back. Veronica took a seat next to her brother as they all talked. •••
"Hey, has anyone seen Vicki?" Jeremy asked. "You're her stalker. You tell us" Tyler remarked.
"I can't find her" "She probably found someone else to party with. Sorry pill pusher, I guess you've been replaced"
"What's with the pill pusher?" Elena asked. "Ask him"Tyler answered.
"You wanna do this right now?"Jeremy asked. "Are you dealing?"Elena asked.
"She's never gonna go for you"Tyler said. "She already did. Over and over and over again"Jeremy retorted. "Yeah right"Tyler scoffed.
"You slept with Vicki Donovan? I mean, Vicki Donovan slept with you?"Caroline laughed. "There's no way"Tyler stated. "And I didn't even have to force her into it" Jeremy said.
"What the hell is he talking about, Ty?"Matt asked. "Nothing,man, just ignore him,he's a punk"
"You know what, how about all of yo shut up and help Matt find his sister" Veronica exclaimed.
"We'll check the back" "I'll check the square"

Veronica sat down at the grill, next to her was Caroline and next to her was Bonnie.
"Uhh, it's just so much drama" Caroline complained.
"Ever notice how the druggies are the biggest attention whores?" Veronica noticed "Yeah" Bonnie agreed
"Excuse me. Hi" Stefan interrupted "Hi" Bonnie smiled "Have you guys seen Elena?" "I think she went home"
"I'm gonna give you Elena's cell number and her email. She is big on texting and you can tell her I said so" Bonnie handed him a piece of paper.
"Thank you" Stefan smiled as he took the paper from Bonnie's hand causing her to flinch as their fingers touched.
"You okay?" "What happened to you? That's so rude, I'm sorry excuse me" Bonnie left.
"Yeah, she kind of wigs out it's like her thing" Veronica nudged Caroline who was trying not to smile at her bed friends statement failing.
