Mystic Falls High
As soon as Veronica found out Bonnie was back in school she made it her absolute priority to find her after first period. Caroline walked with her outside of the school immediate recognising Bonnie as she did so. "Bonnie!" They shouted as they made their way closer to her.
"Thank God you're home!" They hugged her at the same time. "I know we talked every day, but I missed you!" Caroline exclaimed. The girls were visibly thrilled. "Same, nothing compares to seeing your beautiful face."
"How are you doing?" Caroline asked. "Better. Just better. You know, just glad to be back and try to keep myself busy."
"Well I can help with that." She smiled drifting eye contact between Veronica and Bonnie. "Major wardrobe confab needed asap. You guys need to help me pick the perfect dress for the founder's court." Caroline jumped with joy. She always enjoyed things like this but it was always more fun with Ronnie.
"I can't. My mother's making fit for mine" Caroline nodded understandingly. "My moms crazy and I'm on the verge." Caroline and Bonnie smiled brightly at her.
Elena decided to interrupt the conversation between the trio. "The founder's court? Did I miss something?"
They all stared at her confused. "The founder's court. You know, miss mystic falls." Veronica added. "They kind of announced it today. You, Care and I were all on it."
"Oh my God, we signed up for that so long ago." Elena sighed. "I completely forgot."
Caroline scoffed. "Yeah."
"So are you dropping out then?" Caroline asked hopefully causing Ronnie to stare at her best friend in amusement. "I can't."
"No?"
Veronica immediately caught on to what she meant and stared at the girl sympathetically. "Her mom is the one who wanted her to enter."

Lockwood Mansion
Veronica sat down on her bed grabbing her phone from her nightstand. She needed a date to Miss Mystic Falls. She dialled the number that made most sense. Kevin.
"Hey V, what's up?" He asked remembering the nickname him and Caroline once made for her. "Hey, Kev, please, be my date to-"
"I don't dance."
She laughed. "You didn't let me finish. My date for Miss Mystic Falls." he mumbled a quick 'oh'.
