MYSTIC FALLS HIGH
Veronica missed one day, One day of supernatural drama to focus on being there for your mom and she misses all the drama. The dinner party they had with Elijah (who by the way she hasn't met yet) and fathered him. Twice. Elena stabbing herself, Bonnie's powers getting taken away and Katherine getting out of the tomb.
Veronica opened her cold red metal locker placing taking out her black folder and a few books for her classes she had today. "Hi." Someone greeted.
"Hey." She looked to her left seeing Stefan Salvatore, in all his glory leaning against the locker next to hers. "What's up?"
"Nothing just wanted to check up on you." He said politely.
"I'm fine, thanks." She lied.
"No your not. I can tell when your lying, a little vein pops up on your head." He signalled to his forehead using two fingers.
"I don't have a vein." Veronica declined touching her forehead with her free hand.
"Yes, you do." He smirked.
"No, I don't."
"Yeah, you do."
"Uhh-huh. Sure." She said sarcastically.
"You do." He said smiling. "It's right there." He touched her forehead.
Her eyes widened. "I'm kidding."
"Oh, thank God." Ronnie said in relief causing them to laugh.
They were silent for a moment. He glanced inside of her locker to spot a teddy bear. He picked it up, suppressing a laugh.
"You own a stuffed bear?" He asked. To which she answered simply. "Yes."
At that he started to laugh.
"Why are you laughing?" She asked playfully a laugh grabbing the stuffed bear from his hands.
"I'm sorry." He said calming down ever so slightly. "Why do you have one anyway?"
"If you must know, it was Kevin's. He left it at my house when we were six and I loved it so much that I didn't give it back to him. I found it when I was looking in the attic for some stuff my mom asked for, for founder's day." She opened up to him.
He looked at her sympathetically. "I'm so sorry at Kevin. And Tyler. And Mason. And your dad. No one should have to loose so much. Especially not in a short amount of time."
"Thank you." She smiled gratefully at the green-eyed vampire before placing the bear back into her locker, locking it in.
The bell soon rang and the two went their separate ways. Veronica headed left, Stefan headed right.
