Scarlett.

What there to say about her. Too much actually.

Right now I'm laying in my bed. I'm totally drained of that party.

Why did I kiss her?

I thought to myself.

Why did she kiss back?

Sure Scar is pretty, cute, adorable, caring, happy, exciting and interesting. She's a great friend.

But is that all I want her to be to me?

Okay enough thinking of that I've gotta clear my head.

I grabbed my phone and decided to watch some YouTube videos of music, song covers to be exact.

After 2 hours I fell asleep watching a YouTube video.

Scar's POV

I climbed into bed now only. Mom had just told me and Aiden that she's expecting.

Yeah you probably thinking how old is this girl's mother...

Well mother is 37 years old. She married dad at 20 years old and a few months later she found herself pregnant with Aiden and 7 years later I came along, after years of trying.

Okay let's get off this topic.

So sick by Ne-yo, I'll think about this one.

I hum the songs as I select them to hear them.

But each time I scrolled down in my music library the memory of this afternoon sticks.

Uurrrgg. I groan

I throw my phone on my pillow.

"We've been over this Scarlett. He's a great guy yeah, funny, hilarious, kind, caring and cute..." I cut myself off.

"Wait what, I did not just say that to myself." I said to myself.

I roughly run my hands through my hair.

"We friends right?" I ask myself.

"We shook on it. But really do I just want him to be a friend?" I asked myself.

I'm pacing though my room now.

I stop.

What initially inspired me to do this was that a few years ago I heard Shawn singing we were probably 8 years of age. I joined in the song and he looked at me shocked seeing me there.

He was on vacation and his family invited us to, we showed up a day later and Shawn didn't know about it.

I was amazed by his voice.

I told him how amazing his voice was but he told me that I was better, far better then him. But if only he knew the voice he had.

I smile at that memory.

That boy can be stubborn sometimes.

I climbed back in my bed and put in my headphones and listen to the song.

I post videos on YouTube. I've got 1025 subscribers. I've began posting videos 9 months ago.

I posted 3 videos.

The one that got the most views were of myself singing Call me maybe by P!nk. It had 950 likes. It was the first video that I posted.

Mom and Dad never knew about it only Aiden. He helped me at first. He taught me how to play the piano, I've been playing it for 6 years now. I even read music. Shawn didn't know about this either,me posting videos.

This song was on mom and dad's wedding CD. They had their first dance on this song my mom has told me this herself. Ths song meant much more to me then that, it spoke to me in words I can't describe.

I sat up all night memorising the song. Singing it softly over and over again until I fell asleep.

Aiden's POV

Mom and Dad are watching a movie downstairs and I'm in the kitchen talking to Kelly over the phone.

I just got off the phone with Kelly. I made my way to my room only to hear Scar humming.

She then groans. What's annoying her, she rarely gets annoyed.

I'm about to open the door to my room when I hear her talk to whoever.

When I hear her talk.

Her phone didn't go off so she was talking to herself.

I open her door a little to see what going on. I see her pacing through her room but she doesn't see me.

"We've been over this Scarlett. Hi a great guy yeah, funny, hilarious, kind, caring and cute..." She cuts herself off.

"Wait what, I did not just say that to myself." She said to herself.

She roughly ran her hands through her hair.

"We friends right?" She asked herself

"We shook on it. But really do I just want him to be a friend?" She asked herself.

I left and went to my room. I knew something was gonna happen between them two. Woah when I think about it my sister is growing up really quickly.

Woah my sister's growing up. She's liking a boy already.

I smile to myself.

I check my phone to see that I've got class tomorrow. Although it's holiday, collage still has classes our holiday is a week later.

I switch my light off and get into bed.
