Bri's pov. Wensday, August 15th Part 5.
We get into Petalburg and May starts sprinting towards the gym, the rest of us try to keep up with her, we get to the gym and she leads us through a series of hallways till we get to a living quarters she walks in and we follow.
"May who are your friends?" A man with black hair asked.
"Hey dad this is Dawn, her partner Piplup, Serena, Bri, and Bri's partners Sparks and Lucario." May says. I take my hat off in respect and so does Sparks, I also give a slight bow. He shakes each of our hands.
"Hey May." A boy with black hair said, a companied by a brown haired woman. Who I assume are May's mother and brother.
"Hey Max, Mom." May says.
"Oh you three must be my daughter's friends she said were coming with her, I'm Caroline and this is my husband, Norman." May's mom says.
"It's nice to meet you Mr. And Mrs. Maple. I am Bri Ketchum, these are my partners Sparks, and Lucario." I say taking a knee so does Lucario and Sparks and I take off our hats.
"Ketchum, as in Ash Ketchum." Norman asks.
"Yes, he is my twin brother." I say as I stand up.
"Ash had a twin since when?" Max I assume asks.
"I know right, the only one of us that knew before we met her was Serena, they were best friends as kids." May says.
"I assume you will be challenging my gym then, am I right?" Norman asks.
"Once I have four Hoenn badges, I will be." I respond.
"I look forward to it, I'm sure you will give me a challenge just like your brother." Norman says.
"I will sir." I respond. Sparks jumps off my shoulder and over to Max and gets on his shoulder.
"Sparks seems to like you." I comment. He scratches her chin.
"Dad just to give you a heads up a new evil team might be forming." May says.
"What how do you know?" Norman asks worried.
"Bri you stayed there for the longest could you explain?" May asks as Norman's focus switches to me.
"Sure, well we were on our way here, we were in between Slateport and Oldale, when a man with a Mienshoo attacked us, saying that he wanted Serena, still haven't figured out why but, I'm working on figuring that out, I told him No and got infront of the group. He then told the Mienshoo to fire an aura sphere at Serena, I jumped infront of her and it exploded against my hand. His over shirt lifted for a split second and I saw a rainbow R, same shape as Team Rocket's, my team sensed danger and all popped out of their pokeballs, I instructed two members of my team to get them out of there, specifically Incineroar and Lycanroc, who are the two of my partners who's speed is pretty much the same and work together very well so even without me would act on instinct to protect everyone, Sparks knocked out the Mienshoo and the guy, or as I think grunt ran off, in the opposite direction of Oldale, then Sparks, Lucario, Arcanine, and I headed to Oldale, I have already called my oldest brother Red and he is looking into this Rainbow R team as we speak." I explain leaving out my use of aura sphere of my own.
"Wait, you saw a rainbow R?" May asks.
"Yeah, didn't know if you guys saw it or not." I say.
"I didn't." May says.
"Neither did I." Serena says.
"Nope but, you did seem more prepared so I wouldn't besurprised if you saw something we didn't." Dawn says.
"More prepared sounds like you have gone through something like this already then." Norman says.
"Not really, I just trained with my uncle for high stress situations, thats also how my team knew to come out." I say slightly bending the truth, because not many know about the Ketchum family secret, of us having aura powers.
"I see, I'll have to speak to the other gym leaders and champion about that." Norman says. May's mom makes us dinner, later realizing that they only have two guest rooms, I volunteer to sleep on the couch, which they object to but, I insist so they let me. I quickly fall asleep with Sparks on my stomach, and Lucario who is still on edge so she doesn't want to go back into her pokeball is sitting on the edge of the couch.
Dream/ flashback
"Here in Alola getting your starter is different from other regions, your starter has to choose you as well, Litten here has rejected many trainers seeming to be waiting for the right trainer to come along." Kahuna Hala says. I nod understanding as I pet her head.

Litten, Rockruff, Growlith, Sparks and I are in diglet cave on Akala island. The ground starts shaking, a small boulder falls from the ceiling, Litten knocks me out of the way, the boulder lands on her head.
"LITTEN." I yell as a blinding light comes from beneath the boulder. The boulder flies up and is hit with fire. Now revealed Torracat.
"Thanks Torracat" I say as she tackles me onto my back, and licks me.

I was asked to retrieve something someone left in Po town which is over come by team skull grunts. I head towards the town when I am confronted by a girl with long pink hair.
"Heard you have been messing with my little brothers and sisters." She says as I notice the team Skull logo tattooed on her stomach.
"Only because they have been hurting people and pokemon." I say as I let Torracat out. Torracat growls recognizing a grunt behind her as the one that kicked Arcanine back when he was a Growlith. She throws out her Salazzle. The battle goes on for a while before she calls out.
"Dragon rage Salazzle." She says. Torracat is hit before I can call out anything but, is surrounded by a blinding light, as she stops the Dragon Rage in it's tracks.
"Incineroar flamethrower." I call out ending the battle as the Salazzle faints.
