Chapter 54

Bri's pov. Sunday , December 30th

I wake up, I yawn and get out of bed, I go downstairs and make myself some coffee, then go sit on the couch and watch the news. Though no attacks today just simple problems officer Jenny has handled. I give a smile at peace. I love it when it is peaceful nothing to worry about nothing to stress over but, unlike the world I know I can't have that luxury until Colton is defeated. It makes me miss the days when I traveled alone just my team and I no I.P. no Colton just Sparks, Incineroar, Lycanroc, Arcanine and myself. Though I wouldn't change a thing. While I miss those peaceful days, I can't complain because, I have enjoyed the company of everyone and wouldn't trade those experiences for peace any day. I head into the indoor gym and let out my team. Sparks, Incineroar, Lycanroc, Arcanine, Lucario, Aggron, Aura, Alpha, and Mudkip.

"Alright guys as some of you know when we return to Hoenn my trial will begin. That means we have to be ready for anything and everything. So let's get to training." I get excited responses.

"Alright Incineroar are you up for showing the new members of our team what we can do?"

"Incine ROAR (yes, BRING IT ON)." She says stepping out infront of me.

"Count us in."

"Pika (10), Nine (9), Lycan (8), Rio (7), Ron (6), Tle (5), Pup (4), Kip (3), Chu, Arca, Rock, Luca, Agg, War, Lil, Mud (2, 1, Go.)"

Incineroar throws the first punch, I duck under, and throw a kick at her side she grabs my leg and tries to spin me, I land, she moves just in time so my foot goes over her head. We continue like this till she pins me, I eventually tap out after ten minutes of us flipping each other. I hear clapping from the doorway to see Leo and Lexi. I smile and stand, then walk over to them I quickly kiss Leo then kiss Lexi's forehead.

"Good mornin' you two."

"Mommy that was so cool can I try?" Lexi asks.

"Maybe when you're older you can wrestle with Incineroar but, you can train with us, with your own pokemon of course."

"But, I don't have any." She looks down, I grab the two pokeballs off my belt and toss them up.

"Actually you do, I just hadn't given them to you yet." I smile as Lexi looks up to see a Riolu, and Squirtle. "They both have the power to wield aura but, they have to train it like you do."

"Does that mean this is my first training  session?"

"Yup." I look off to my team "Incineroar, Aggron you two spar, Arcanine, Lycanroc, and Sparks you three help train Alpha and Mudkip. Lucario you and I will help, Lexi, Aura, Squirtle, and Riolu train their aura. Alright you four get into your stance." Aura's stance is the best while Lexi stays how she is standing. "Lexi copy me." I say as I lower my stance and put my arms closer together.

"Why do we have to stand like this you've done aura spheres standing straight up."

"I have but, I wasn't releasing them. Keeping a low wide stance helps to keep your balance after firing see." I say as I stand up straight with my legs together, I fire one then proceed to fall on my butt. Then I take stance and fire a second one and am left in the same stance. "See keeping a low spread out stance makes sure that you are less likely to fall over. It still takes practice to get used to the recoil. I remember when Uncle Aaron started to train me I fell over alot but, eventually managed to stay on my feet. Alright now that you have the right stance fire one at me."
