Bri's pov. Thursday, August 16th Part 3.
Max decided he was going to travel Alola first a while ago so he goes off to catch his flight. We get ready to head to Rustboro.
"So everyone ready" I ask my team.
"Roar, Lycan, Nine, Lu, Chu, Arr." I get from my team.
"I'll take that as a yes, so lets go met up with the others." I say with Sparks on my shoulder, and Aron on my head.
"Aron you are going to have to get down from there." I say she jumps into my arms and snuggles into me.
"That works." I say meeting up with the group.
"Hey." I say.
"Hey Bri, how's Aron doing?" Serena asks.
"Good." I say showing her. Serena scratches under Aron's chin.
"Arr." Aron says happily. May and Dawn come over ready to leave.
"Aww, so cute." They say together. We get on the road, heading towards Rustboro, we talk about our adventures while traveling. We stop to eat lunch, then again to eat dinner and set up camp. I set up the tents it's been decided that Serena and I will share a tent and so will May and Dawn which I'm fine with. We all eat then return our pokemon, all except Piplup, Sparks, Aron, and Lucario who is still on edge. Aron just is not used to her pokeball but, is also uncomfortable with being confined after being in that cage which I get and leave her out. We go into our tents and change into our pajamas which for me is a pair of loose shorts and a t-shirt that's to big. I lay down with Sparks and Aron on my stomach and Lucario next to me. Serena lays down.
"Night Serena, Sparks, Aron, Lucario." I say.
"Night Bri, Sparks, Aron, Lucario." She responds. I fall asleep.
Dream/ flashback
I'm at professor Oak's summer camp. A little boy comes up to me.
"Hi, I'm Leo." He says.
"Hey Leo, I'm Bri." I say back. We are playing with a group of pokemon, a boy pikachu, a dratini, and a Cubone. We played with these pokemon day after day and became really close.

One night everyone went camping in the woods, Ash choose Serena as his partner so I couldn't chose either of them.
"Bri, do you want to be my partner?" Leo asks with a hopeful smile.
"Yeah, I'll be your partner." I respond.
"Yes." He says with the motion before turning away. I grab his hand and run to the camping spot in the woods.

It was the last day of Camp, Leo had to go back to his home region which he never told me, and Serena has to go back to Kalos. I'm crying hugging them so is Ash.
"But, I don't want you to leave." I say.
"I don't want to leave either but, I have to." Serena says crying and hugging us.
"Yeah, I want to stay but, I can't." Leo says trying to hold back his tears.
"We will see each other again, don't give up until it's over, right?" Ash asks hopeful as we break the hug. He holds his fist out.
"Right." Leo says. He puts his hand in.
"Right." I say wiping my tears away and putting mine in.
"Right." Serena says, putting her hand in.
Dream/ flashback end
I wake up not being able to fall back asleep.
"Leo" I wisper. I set Sparks and Aron on my sleeping bag and slip my jacket on leaving my pokeballs.
"Bri where are you going?" Lucario asks telepathically.
"Just out for a walk, I'll be back soon." I respond. I start to unzip the tent and Sparks gets up and hops on my shoulder. I zip the tent back and walk out, I walk far enough away from camp so they can't hear me but, if someone screams I can hear them.

I start full out sobbing. I look up at the sky.
"Leo, I know you can't hear me but, I miss you come find me, please." I wimper out, as I feel a hand on my shoulder, I turn to see Serena who just hugs me I hug her back.
"I just miss him." I wimper out.
"I know, I miss him too." She says as she let's me sob.
"Just let it all out, I'm here." She says as she rubs my back.
"Bri, Serena you two out here?" We hear May call out.
"Yeah May." Serena responds soon I feel another hand on my shoulder, then another.
"Bri, what's wrong?" Dawn asks concern clear in her voice.
"I just miss an old friend." I sniffle.
"Who's this old friend?" May asks.
"Sparks could you go get the photo from my bag?" I ask.
"Chu." She says as I hear her run off she comes back with the photo. I show them pointing out Leo.
"This is him. We haven't seen him since this picture was taken almost eight years ago." I say.

A/N: This chapter is dedicated to an old friend who I haven't seen since I was about 4, I miss him. I am trying to get in contact with him but, haven't been able to.
His name is not Leo, I just used that as a filler name because I don't know if he would be okay with me using his actual name, I don't even use my full name, Bri is just a nickname I've gone by for a few years.
