His eyes expanded, seeing her body went limp. His lips parted, wanting to deny what was occurring. His lips turned upside down as rage filled him.
His pulse raced, almost as if he would burst. His muscles grew tense and he gripped onto the strings, didn't bother about the pain he felt. His body temperature rose, and he could feel his blood boiling. A few cuts later, he was finally free.
To his surprise, he saw a spear teared up the other demon's coat. "Well, if it isn't Claude Faustus."
"Miles." Claude spat, seeing the female ahead of him. She caught him off guard as Sebastian threw a kick to his back. They fell into another battle, only this time, Sebastian was filled with rage.
His punches were insanely fast that Claude lost his balance, the sword slipping off his hands.
Meanwhile, Caroline regretted it. She looked at Y/n's body on the floor, the colour red painted her dress. She broke a rule to be involved with one of the victims on the list. But she didn't care. She wished she had stepped in sooner.
With a heavy heart, she picked up her death-scythe, tearing off her torso.
Claude, still in battle with Sebastian, grinned slyly, "Looks like the death God had begin her task." He restrained Sebastian's hands, holding him back.
"Let's watch it together, shall we?" He said. The two demons witnessed the scene, flickering in their eyes.

Y/n stood by her mother's door, hesitating to knock. The nightmare she just had haunted her. She was seeking comfort from her mother, only if she hadn't shut her out. Ever since her father left, she felt as if her mother was blaming her.
She stepped back when the door suddenly opened. She looked up at her mother, seeing if she was expecting her. "Mother-"
"Move." She coldly spat. Y/n flinched at her words and moved away eventually. She watched her walked down the hall, disappearing into the kitchen. Y/n peeked in her room, seeing her little brother in the crib. At least that made her smile slightly.
"Don't go near him," her head snapped to her mother's voice who was walking up to her. "Mother, I had a nightmare." She pleaded, tears threatening to spill.
"You're old enough to handle it on your own. Gale needs his mother." She replied, shutting her door as she went back to her room. The thick wind blew to Y/n's face as she fell silent.
"But... I need you too." She cried out, holding her head as she felt a sharp pain. She crumbled to the floor, the nightmare continued.

Y/n held the dagger in her hands, feeling the detailed design with the pads of her fingers. She figured it was her father's when she found it in his study. It was gifted for her, a note attached to the string on it, it was written in a language she was foreign of. Let alone she couldn't understand the letters he used. The only reason she knew it was for her was his last words; for her.
She knew it was something he took from where he came from. The first time she gripped it in her hand, she felt reenergized. She figured that it was his significant blade. It was a weapon from hell.

"You bitch!" Her nose flared as she threw a plate to her, shattering as it hit the wall behind her. She breathed heavily, picking up another plate. "You killed him!" Y/n shielded herself as she threw another one.
The news of her son being dead enraged her, immediately assaulting her own daughter. "I tried to save him!"
She yelled in agony, picking up a knife and running up to her. Tackling her down the floor, she cried out, penetrating the silverware to her shoulder.
