I could hear beeping. My eyelids were heavy, and I could hear the beeping becoming faster. My breathing was hard, I started to choke. My eyelids shot open and I could hear someone running towards me. I look over and it's a nurse.
She's calming me down and her soothing voice says to me, "Hey, it's okay. You were in an accident. You were out for a while."
I nod, understanding.
After a couple of hours of waking up, I call the nurse from my bed. She comes into my room and I ask her to explain everything.
"Well honey, you were in a really bad accident and a nice couple brought you into the emergency room."
I was shocked.
Had nothing been real?
"Did anyone come with them? A boy around my age? What about my parents?" I asked quickly.
She shook her head. "No, but some people did visit. In fact, a lot of people your age visited you. Your parents did visit you a lot. You were out for a couple of months."
Could all of this have been altered memories? A figment of my imagination? Nothing was real. This whole thing was a dream. How could this happen to me?
After a couple of months of therapy and recovering, things returned to normal. I finished things with the school and they allowed me to have my diploma. Graduation took place when I was at the hospital and I couldn't attend because it happened when I was in the coma. I followed through with my arranged marriage, he was a great guy. I got a job in the United States and moved there, away from my horrible memories.
~A/N: So, if you're confused, I'll explain. In this alternate ending, nothing after chapter four happens. She was in a coma the whole time. Plot twist haha anyways I hope you enjoyed :) Please comment and vote <3 saranghae!
