Yoongi's POV

"She transferred?" I asked the secretary as she handed me the case file that Dr. Kim, the doctor that transferred to another hospital, had left behind. I looked it over as the secretary answered my question.

"Yeah, apparently, better pay." I nodded to show that I had heard what she said before continuing to look over the file.

"Okay, thank you," I said, looking up from the file to thank the secretary for it. I made my way to the elevator and pressed the button to bring me to the fifth floor. But before the doors could close all the way, I heard someone yell.

"Wait, Hyung!" I pressed the button to keep the doors open, and I stepped to the side to allow Hoseok in. He was panting, hands on his knees.

"Stop exaggerating you literally only ran like ten feet," I told him, closing the elevator doors so I can continue going up.

"Well, you don't exactly get the best exercise by sitting down all day when you're counseling a patient who has trouble speaking."

"Oh, that one."

"Yes, that one. It's really hard to make any progress when he doesn't speak for more than half the time. But I'm committed to my patients so I let it slide each time," he said, letting out a deep sigh, filling his cheeks expanding as air passed. "Who do you have right now?"

"Someone named Park Jimin."

"Oh, I know him! I was asked to watch him for a while one time while Dr. Kim went to do something. I made him laugh a lot, I remember. He has an adorable laugh."

"Really?" I asked uninterested. Did I ask about his laugh?

"Yeah, what's his diagnosis? I never got to know," he continued, dismissing the sarcasm I threw at him as he was used to it after all these years.

"Delusional Disorder," I answered, Hoseok nodding in interest.

"Treatment?" He asked again, and I tilted my head to the side, now realizing that I didn't read that. I flipped back to his page and read it over.

Nothing.

"It doesn't say," I said, Hoseok leaning over to see for himself.

"Wow, someone's gonna get in trouble. You better ask about it later."

"I know." The elevator dinged, the doors creaking open.

"The sound of these doors make the hospital seem so old. Like the ones in horror films. It creeps me out," Hoseok said, physically shivering. I let out a small laugh before parting ways with him. I stood in front of room E3, taking a moment to prepare myself before knocking and pushing down on the handle.
