Yoongi's POV

Everyone was here and everyone had some kind of coffee in their hands. Jimin's smile was as wide as ever and that my heart do a thing. The one where you get really excited and happy for someone else's happiness. But soon it faded after realizing I have to bring up Sungjae.

"So," I started, "about Sungjae."

"Ah, yes," Namjoon spoke. "How about we start from telling Yoongi about that day?" He asked the group of witnesses, all of them nodding their heads.

"We were all hanging out in Jimin's room when we weren't supposed to, and so when Dr. Kim walked in we hid. But then we heard and unfamiliar voice and became curious," Jin told.

"Then after a while, Jimin stopped laughing. That's when we knew something was going on. Jin-hyung was first to see it," Taehyung stopped.

"See what?" I pried.

"Jimin being tied up," Jungkook finished.

I bit the inside of my lip. Although Jimin told me about it, it didn't make it any easier to hear it again.

"We just- All we could do was hide there and listen to Jimin screaming for help but only to be shut up by Sungjae." Namjoon said.

Jimin hugged me tight and I stroked his hair.

"And I told everyone to not say anything about it to Jimin because I knew there was a high chance it could get into his delusions." Jin looked up at me teary-eyed, his nose reddening. "Was I wrong to do that?"

"No, no. That was a wise thing to do, I'm thankful for your decision. Jimin was actually able to recall the event recently. He's been able to tell his reality from his delusions, so he's in a better place to talk about this."

"Really?" Jin looked to Jimin and smiled. "I'm glad you're getting better, Jimin."

Jimin leaned forward and lay his ear down onto his upper arm on the table, reaching his hand for Jin to take. Jin stroked Jimin's hand with his thumb and he smiled to show Jin that he was okay and that he didn't need to cry.

"So how can we approach this?" Taehyung broke the moment and cut right to the chase. "Do we just go to the authorities, threaten Sungjae...kill him, even?"

"Tae!" Jungkook slapped his arm.

"I'm kidding, I'm kidding!" Taehyung hissed, rubbing the arm that was hit. "Damn you hit hard."

"Oh, sorry," he giggled innocently.

"I guess the obvious thing is to go to the authorities and explain what you guys all witnessed, and hopefully Sungjae jailed and there will be a trial."

"And then that fucker will go to jail for life," Hoseok added, earning high fives from Tae and Namjoon, and claps from Jin.

"So when?" Taehyung asked, eager for the plan to take action as soon as possible.

"I don't see why we can't go today?" Hoseok suggested.

"I have a friend who's a cop there at the station. I can give him a call and tell him to meet with us when we get there so we don't have to wait," Namjoon said.

Everyone was looking at me to make the decision.

"Why are you all looking at me? I'm not the one to decide. This is about Jimin." Then all eyes turned to Jimin who slid back slightly, letting go of Jin's hand.

"What do you want to do, Jimin?" I asked softly, running my thumb over his cheek.

His eyes scanned left and right as if he was trying to find the answer in my eyes. "I want to go today."

Everyone let out the breath they've been holding as they were waiting for Jimin's answer. They were relieved Jimin's kind heart wasn't about to let Sungjae get away with it. And so was I. I don't know what I would've done if Jimin decided not to report him. I think I'd try to convince him, of course, but if that didn't work then I'd probably kill Sungjae myself.
