When I woke up I was in the hospital. Spencer was sitting in a chair right next to my hospital bed. Once he saw me awake he got up and gave me a hug.
"Spencer, where am I" I asked confused. I could see the tears in Spencer's eyes.
"I am so happy that you are here, but you lost our child" Spencer said as a few tears fell down his face.
"I am so sorry" I said starting to cry.
"Its okay sweetheart. We will get through this together" Spencer said as I sat up on the hospital bed. Then Spencer got down on one knee as he got a box out of his back pocket. Then opening the box to reveal a beautiful ring. "Will you marry me".
"Of course" I replied as Spencer put the ring on my ring finger.
A week later I was out of the hospital. Me and Spencer went to where he worked. "Congradulations you two" Rossi said. After a while everything seemed to blur together. At one point in time I went hone though I never really remembered it.
Before I knew it the day was already over and I was getting ready to go to bed.
