Hi guys,

I'm having really, REALLY bad writer's block at the moment. Which sucks since I have so much free time on my hands too. Like I know what I want to happen but I don't know how to write it out. Anyone have any tips to get rid of writer's block?

Anyways, I hope you enjoy this chapter. It took me a million years to write it but if I don't upload it now, I'm going to end up changing everything again and it's going to take another million years to upload it. -.-

Call me a coward if you will but ever since that little confession the other night, I have been ignoring Daniel like the plague.

So when my one and only friend texted me and said she wanted to go out, I agreed without a second thought.

"Hey babe," Vanessa squealed as she flung her body towards mine.

"If you touch me, I will break your arms," I warned. But of course, Vanessa didn't take any of my words seriously and instead proceeded to wrap her scrawny arms tightly around my body.

"Yuck, did you lose weight again?" I asked as I pushed her away from me, causing her to stumble a little.

Vanessa slightly frowned and looked away, making me feel guilty. Which once again, confused me since I was not one to feel those things.

"Hey," I said as I walked closer to her, "I didn't mean to offend you. I mean, I'm always saying shit like that and you have never had an issue with it before so I didn't think you would now," I tried to explain.

Vanessa and I had known each other for a long, long time and our conversations usually consisted of us hating on each other. I guess the fact that we were so open about what we hated about one another made it possible for us to stay somewhat close for so long.

Vanessa looked at me as if I had grown a third head and narrowed her eyes.

"Are you seriously apologising?" she asked, her eyes turning into tiny slits.

"No..." I trailed off unconvincingly. Vanessa laughed before linking our arms together and pulling me towards some restaurant. I froze upon realising where we were going, causing Vanessa to fall backwards a little.

"What are you doing?"

"You're not making me go on another one of your blind dates, are you?"

She seemed confused for a second before she gasped a quick "no" after realising what I was talking about. She had a tendency to have me go to her blind dates in her place so it shouldn't have been surprising that I would doubt her.

We were once again in front of the 'Good Soup' restaurant she brought me to when she wanted me to take her place on a blind date her mother had organised for her. The one that Daniel's friend worked at and the one he had caught me seeing another man at. My memory of this place wasn't exactly the greatest.

"Then why are we suddenly here?" I asked, feeling suspicious. We never actually went to a restaurant together before. Well our only meeting place was our school so it made sense but I still couldn't shake off the suspicious feeling.

"I just wanted to eat with you. We have things to talk about, after all," she said with a wiggle of her brows.

"What things?" I managed to ask as I was being pulled through the restaurant's doors.
