Maritza's shift finally came to an end and she was allowed to go have lunch. She walked to their table until she spotted the long haired girl from behind, then she practically started running towards the table. She also spotted Co Humps there which sent a shiver down her spine, she just can't get rid of him.
"here we go. Hope this works." she told herself while letting out a long breath and taking a seat next to her tall best friend.
"you're back"
Flaca says in excitement as her eyes meet Maritza's.
"Did something happen?"
Maritza says forcing a smile towards Flaca.
"these bitches won't stop teasing me, now they can tease you too"
Flaca says with a big, innocent smile plastered on her face.
Maritza reciprocated with a small smile and got closer to the tall Latina for them to be closer. They ate in silence as the other Latinas chatted on random subjects.
Gloria gently kicks Flaca from under the table to grab her attention and then points towards Maritza. Flaca looks around finding Humps, and when she spots him her expression goes from normal to shocked. She didn't see him when she came in, that's why Maritza is being quiet, she thought to herself. He didn't take his eyes of off them, not even for a moment.
"you ok?"
Flaca says having one leg on each side of her seat, with her body turned to face Maritza.
"nervous."
Maritza says giving a quick glance to Flaca, then to Humps and after looking at the ground.
"I didn't know he was here, at least he wasn't here when I came in here."
Flaca said shocked.
"he came in here a few minutes ago."
Maritza says looking at her, not knowing what to do.
"Are we still doing..."
she was about to ask but was cut out mid-sentence by Flaca.
"yes, yes for sure. Come here"
Flaca says opening her arms as the other Latina collapsed in them.
she leaves a kiss on Maritza's forehead and another on her cheek, she continues to trail kisses down Maritza's neck which makes Mari let out a loud giggle.
"that tickles" she says between giggles.
Flaca glances towards Humps who was surprised, she makes eye contact on him with a huge smirk on her face as she keeps kissing her neck.
after a few seconds which felt like heaven for Maritza and well Flaca too, she pulls away and looks her in the eye.
"his expression is fucking priceless"
she mouths towards Maritza while trying not to laugh.
"I know right"
Maritza mouths back letting out a low giggle.
Flaca who wasn't really good with being serious covers her face with her hands trying to bury her giggles.
"oh boy this is gonna be fun"
she says wiping tears from her eyes that formed from laughing so hard. they both turn back towards the other latinas who stopped talking immediately when they saw them.
"Oh my fucking god"
Daya screamed in excitment.
"keep it down"
Maritza says still laughing.
"you look even better then I imagined!"
she says covering her mouth in disbelief.
McCullough came from behind them.
"I talked to Caputo he's gonna keep an eye on him for the next 2 days so keep this up ok?"
"yeah, sure"
Maritza says.
"but what's going to happen?"
she continues.
"Caputo noticed his behavior towards the inmates and he doesn't like him, he said if he gets a chance to fire him he will, and you're his chance so provoke him as much as you can."
"ok."
Flaca says.
"No lesbian activity inmates"
Mac says with a shouts from behind them.
"oh you bitch, could have sent a warning"
Maritza says jumping from her seat.
"got that?"
mac continues?
"yes ma'am"
Flaca puts her hands up in surrender with a grin on her face.
"good"
she says and walks away not giving them a second look cause she knew they would make her smile.
"do you think he'll just stop?"
Maritza says. Both of them looked at him as he narrows his eyes towards them and walks out of the cafeteria obviously angry.
"doesn't seem like it. let's just enjoy lunch ok baby girl? we got Caputo and maccy on our side, he got no one besides his dead brother."
flaca says her hands around Maritza's neck holding her close to her.
"yeah"
she simply replies leaving a small kiss on Flaca's cheeks, which quickly turned red.
"So Maritza, you liked that?"
Daya teases her. She gets up and throws what was left of her food to the trash can which was close to them and then sits back next to Flaca.
"I loved that"
Maritza says looking at Daya with narrowed eyes
"SLAYYY"
"EYYYY"
"YESS MARII"
And other phrases were heard from the Spanish Harlem.
Maritza and Flaca looked at each other both cheeks were on fire. with no words needed they both got up and went back to their cube holding hands.
