After Humps' tantrum the 2 latinas talked for a while and headed to the bathroom together. As they made their way into the bathroom Maritza collided with a slightly taller figure than her, it was Ruiz who without any hesitation grabbed Maritza's behind aggressively and let out a low moan right next to her ear. Flaca who was right by the small Latina's side saw her flinch and after a few seconds she remembered the whole Ruiz being bi or maybe even gay and wanting Maritza.
"EX-FUCKING-USE ME!"
Flaca says grabbing Ruiz's hand and shoving it in her face.
"keep your hands to yourself, puta"
Flaca tells her pushing her against the wall.
"Chill Gonzales" Maria says as she makes her way out of the bathroom.
"well, it's confirmed. She likes you"
Flaca says not making eye contact with her best friend.
"Oh fuck me!"
Maritza groans as she fast walks to get to the bathrooms and to keep up with Flaca's pace also.
They both got ready, it was Friday which meant Movie night. They were always the last 2 to get there. they'd sit on the ground, and just talk quietly. in those 2 hours they'd talk about nothing and everything.
And that's what they did.
Flaca had her back against the wall with her legs spread apart and Maritza was in between them, her head resting on Flaca's chest.
"He won't stop staring and Ruiz either, everyone is staring at me!"
Maritza says uncomfortably while grabbing Flaca's hand in hers just to feel more protected.
Flaca pulls her closer to her
"I mean you can't really blame them, you look stunning tonight"
she whispers to her with her husky voice that sends chills down Maritza's spine
a shy smile forms on her face
"stop you'll make me blush"
she says looking up to find her chocolate brown eyes
Flaca gives a quick glance towards Humps who was looking at them intently and leaves a long kiss on the small Latina's forehead.
A few minutes in the movie Flaca notices that Gloria was trying to communicate with her. she was mouthing words but Flaca had no idea what she was trying to say after a few minutes, thank to hand gestures Flaca made out "i need to talk to you, it's important"
What's going on? she thought to herself. Maritza had no idea that Gloria was talking to Flaca. She had her eyes closed and her head still rested on Flaca's chest holding her hand tightly. Flaca's gaze turn to Maritza when she feels Maritza's hand strongly tuck on her pants. She finds Maritza staring at Humps with a terrified expression on her face, she catches a glimpse and saw him putting his thumb on the side of his neck and slowly moving it to the other side while giving her girl a death stare.
She pulls the Latina closer to her and whispers in her ear.
"I promised I'll keep you safe from him, I ain't breaking that promise. You don't have to be scared of him ok? Caputo is right behind us. He saw everything. Everything is fine baby"
Maritza looks up to find Caputo looking at Humps with narrowed eyes and let out a breath she didn't know she had been holding for so long. Caputo turns his gaze to her for a moment and gives her a small, barely visable smile, she reciprocates and scoots closer to Flaca, snaking her arms around the taller Latina she leaves a kiss on her cheek.
While all of this was happening Flaca didn't stop looking at Humps, and he knew this. After a few minutes that felt like hours to Humps he started to make his way to the other side of the room to get out of there, but to do so he had to walk right from in front of them.
He started walking towards them not making eye contact with Flaca, duh if he did he would literally die!
when he was close to them he started to fast walk to pass them as soon as possible, but... when Flaca saw him close to them she stretched her leg out which lead to him losing balance. without wanting to Maritza let out a loud giggle which turned some heads in their direction. Unfortunately Humps managed to stay on his feet.
"Careful there, you're trippin"
Flaca said with her husky voice and a visible smirk plastered to her face.
