Chapter 8: suspicious

Hoseok was sitting in the kicthen thinking about Yoongi. His 'conversation', if you can call it that, with Yoongi yesterday had definitely not gone well. He kept thinking about how Yoongi looked scared. Like he didn't hate Kookie but was scared of him. Hoseok just couldn't wrap his head around how Yoongi (not someone to get scared fast) could get scared of Kookie (like, the cutest creature in the world). "Hey Hyung, did you talk to Yoongi-hyung yet?" "Oh Hey Jungkook, are you finally big?" "Yes, I woke up big, I think because you told me you would talk to Yoongi-hyung that it was just enough to go big again. Did you talk to him yet?" "Eehh... I'm not sure? Like, I tried to talk to him but I got kicked out immediately so it doesn't really count as a conversation." "Oh... Why did you get kick you out?" Jungkook asked. "I said that I wanted to talk about Kookie but then he looked scared and just closed the door in my face." "Who closed the door in your face?" Namjoon asked. He and Jimin had just walked into the kitchen and only heard the last part of the conversation. "Yoongi-hyung" Hoseok answered when he saw who asked the question. "I tried to talk to him about Kookie but like you predicted, he kicked me out as soon as I said I wanted to talk about Kookie. He looked scared." "Scared?" Namjoon asked, "Hmm..." "What? Do you know something?" "Oh, no, nothing, it's just another piece of a puzzle I can't solve." "Why do you think he was scared Hoseok?" Jimin asked. He had followed the conversation with intrest. "Also, Jungkook, are you fully big now? What made the change?" "I don't know why he was scared Jimin, that's what keeps me thinking. And Jungkook is big because I had told little Kookie that I was gonna talk to Yoongi. Or atleast, that's what Jungkook things." "Mhm" Jungkook agrees. "I think that the thing with Yoongi was bothering me just a little too much so I couldn't go back big but now that it isn't my problem alone anymore I can go big again." "Oh Jungkook, you can go big again, that's nice, can you help Jimin teaching me the new dance?" Jin asked. He had just walked in and had only heard the last part of the conversation. "Ofcourse hyung!" Jungkook answered happily.

Jungkook, Jimin and Jin left the kitchen as soon as they were all ready to go to the practice room. Yoongi had decided to join them too because he also needed some extra dance lessons. Namjoon had thought about joining too in the end decided not to. All the things about Yoongi were starting to make him very curious. He wanted to know what his hyung was struggling with and why. Hoseok was out shopping meaning that Taehyung was the only other person in the house. Maybe Taehyung can help me with this all, he is good at understanding people. Namjoon thought while walking to his and Taehyungs room. "Tae, are you in here?" Namjoon asked while knocking on the door. Namjoon prefered to knock even though it was also his room so he could go in whenever he wanted to. "Yea I'm here hyung, come in." Namjoon opened the door and walked in. As expected Taehyung was playing video games on his pc, it was Taehyungs free day after all. "Tae, can you maybe help me with something?" "Ofcourse hyung, what is it?" "It's about Yoongi and how he's been acting lately." "Oh, eeh, what do you want? Because I'm not gonna risk my life talking to him about his depression thank you very much." Taehyung said while laughing. Namjoon laughed back. "No, it's not that, I just want your opinion on somethings that have been bothering me." "Okay, tell me!" 

Namjoon and Taehyung talked for about half an hour before they both came to the same conclusion: Yoongi was acting weird around littles but that might not be hate. They also both decided to not talk to Yoongi about it yet (they valued their life) but to keep an extra eye out. Taehyung had pointed out that Yoongi used to only 'hate' littles while Kookie was little while right now he didn't even want to hear anything about it, like something had got more difficult. Namjoon had of course told Taehyung about the conversation with Yoongi and what he thought he had heard. But Taehyung agreed with Namjoon that they couldn't be sure that that was really what Yoongi had said. Taehyung had offered to talk about it to the others as well but Namjoon thought it was too early for that. Besides, he didn't want Yoongi to feel left out, especially when he was doing so bad mentally. So for now they decided to just wait till a good oppertunity to either talk to Yoongi or talk to the members. 

Jungkook was doing better then yesterday, Yoongi was doing worse. Yoongi was getting more and more scared that someone would found out about his little side. He didn't want them to think different about him. Especially since his little side was so much different from Jungkooks. Yoongi, Jungkook, Jimin and Jin were all in the car driving home. They had practiced all day and everyone was super tired. Jungkook had slipped as soon as they reached the car but that was no surprise to anyone. Jungkook usually slipped after practice because he was so tired. Yoongi knew this too and had almost decided to walk home but he knew that Jin would get mad if he even brought up walking home. The ride home was way more exhausting then the actual dance practice for Yoongi as he was trying not to slip while pretending to sleep. As soon as they reached home Yoongi basically ran out of the car and locked himself in his and Jins room. 2 seconds after he locked the door Yoongi slipped.

Jimin, jin and a sleepy Kookie were very surprised by Yoongis behavior. Jungkook would slip most times after practice, common knowledge to all of them. Usually Yoongi wouldn't do anything weird on the way home or while getting out the car. He would go straight to his room but that was it. It was very, very weird for Yoongi to run in general, but now he did it after an exhausting dance practice. "Jin-hyung, maybe you should go check on him, he has been acting so weird lately." Jimin said, very surprised. "Eh, I think he locked me out of my room again. That's what he usually does when Kookie is little." "Try talking to him trough the door?" "I will try, maybe Namjoon will help me." "Dada, can we watch Moana??" Kookie asked, completely oblivious of the conversation between Jimin and Jin. "Ofcourse Kookie, after we had a bath!" "Okii Dada." Kookie says, very sleepy. Jin was looking at the two and grinned. "You are not gonna watch Moana with him, are you?" Jin said. "Nope, He'll fall asleep even before I try." Jimin said, grinning too. 

"Hai Namnam, I'm back!!!" "I missed you!!!!!" "Namnam, I don't wanna be wonewy anymoreeee." Yoonie said while he started to cry. Yoonie hadn't had one day of being little without crying in around a year. Little Yoonie was just so sad all the time because he was lonely but he also didn't want anyone to know about him. Sadly enough, the longer Yoonie was alone, the more emotions he took over from Yoongi, meaning, more depressed emotions. At first little Yoonie would just cry about while around now, little Yoonie would do nothing more then cry. 

When Jin went inside he went to get Namjoon. Jin had decided that it was better to talk to Yoongi with Namjoon. Since Jungkook first slipped Yoongi had been getting more distance with everyone. Or everyone was getting more distance with Yoongi, Jin thought. Namjoon had been the only one that kept as close to Yoongi as before the incident. "Namjoon-ah, can you help me for a second?" "Of course, what do you need help with?" "Can you come check on Yoongi with me? Jungkook slipped when we were done with practice like usual but then after we came home he literally, run out the car and locked himself in his room." "He did... WHAT?!" Namjoon asked, as surprised as Jin had been when he saw it. "He run to our room and locked himself in." "Wow..." Namjoon said while he started to walk to the 'sin' room. "Do you hear that?" Jin asked when they reached the room. "Is Yoongi... crying?" 

To say Yoonie was startled when he heard someone knock on the door was an understatement. A near heart attack was closer to the truth. "Yoongi-ah, are you in there?" "N-n-no, go w-way!" "Yoongi-hyung, is everything alright?" "G-GO WAY!" Yoonie yelled. He was scared, so scared. Nobody could see him like this, nobody. "Eeh, okay Yoongi-ah, you can come to us when anything is wrong, you know that right?" Jin said to the closed door. "Hyung?" Namjoon wishpered to Jin, "Does he sound different to you?" "Eeh, yes, a lot different, what do you think is wrong with him?" Jin whispered back while he started to walk towards the kitchen. "Hmm... another piece..." Namjoon muttered. "What did you say?" "Nothing, don't worry about it."
