It is Tuesday and Melanie has to go to school today.  I know she will kill us when I go to wake her up, but I know she would hate to miss another day of school. I sit up from me position in bed and step onto the floor. I feel me nausea kick in and immediately make a run to the bathroom. I bend over the toilet and am immediately sick for a solid minute.

After I clean meself up and brush me teeth, I head for Melanie's room. I see Addie laying on the bed and me baby passed out. I think of how she is going to be mad at us for waking her up and just sit next to her for a few minutes, stroking her hair.

"Mamma—" Mel calls out in a whisper and I look down to see her eyes fluttering open.

"Good Morning, baby," I coo and bend down to kiss her forehead.

"Do I have school?"

"Yeah," I say with a giggle.

"Can you make me breakfast?"

"Of course,"

"I need to shower." She groans with annoyance. I watch as she sits up and rubs her eyes.

"Well, you go ahead and then I'll bring breakfast up." I tell her and stroke her hair back and out of her face. I kiss her cheek softly and feel her dimples against me own.

"Kiss," I simply say and receive a kiss from me daughter. I stand up from her bed and walk to the kitchen, preparing her breakfast as she showers.

"Here you are, bubba." Mam slides a plate of waffles in front of me as I sit down at the counter.

"I missed dance yesterday," I inform Mam.

"Well, you can practice tonight."

"In the gym?" I ask, referring to the home gym Mam had put together when we moved in.

"Yeah, I can help you."

"No, I want the routine to be a surprise."

"Okay, fine!" Mam raises her hands up in defense and giggles. Behind her giggle, I can feel that she is holding something back.

"Are you sure you're okay?" I ask as she walks over to me. I put my arm around her neck and take a bite of my waffles.

"Just nervous,"

"You sure?" I peer into her eyes and try to see what is really bothering her.

"Baby, I'm fine." Mam runs her hand through my hair and I squint my eyes, not believing her, "What are you trying to get at?" She wonders.

"Is it Liam? Are you still upset about that?"

"Why?" She becomes super defensive, but I do not let her get out of my questioning.

"Mam, something's wrong," I let my shoulders fall, hoping that she will give in if I show how it is affecting me.

"So, what if it is about Liam?" She says as she shrugs her shoulders.

"What about him?"

"I just think that it's time I be by myself." Mam sighs, "I've fallen in love too many times, I just want to focus on more important things."

"I don't think that it's because you've fallen too many times," I begin to explain, "I think you just fall in love easily. You do lots of things for love — some good, some not so good. But who says there's a limit for love? I think that you love the way that everyone should, Mammy." I kiss her cheek and watch her take a bite of my waffles.
