Chapter 46

Five Seconds

Leo POV

Shortly after I had changed, camp half blood showed up. On the Argo II. With Annabeth at the helm. The roman camp almost had a heart attack, and it took Reyna almost an hour to convince the campers not to shoot down my ship.

Annabeth landed the ship and casted the ladder. Slowly, one by one, my camp was inhabiting the Roman camp.

I saw Annabeth touch down and I approached her. We smiled at each other and I was soon face to face with her.

" So, brought the Argo did you? " Percy joined Annabeth by her side.

" Yeah, I hope that's okay Leo, this is the only thing that fit the entire camp. Also, the Pegasi weren't listening to anyone this morning. " She said.

" Of course it's okay! I've been meaning to fly this baby again, but I've never had the right excuse! Now I can fly it back to Camp! " I threw my fist in the air and Percabeth rolled their eyes at me.

" So uhhhh Leo? " Percy looked at me.

" Sup Perce? "

" I heard you're quite popular with Reyna lately. " He smirked mischievously.

I scratched the back of my head and laughed nervously. " Yeah, but I talked to her and so did Calypso, so she won't be trying to sleep with me again...hopefully. "

A horn quieted any conversations people were having.

Reyna and Frank appeared on Pegasi.

" All campers, Roman and Greek, please come to the coliseum. It is almost time for the match. "

" Well, I've got to go. "

" Yeah. Don't lose. " Percy said.

" Good luck. " Annabeth smiled at me.

" Thanks guys. "

I jogged off to the Coliseum and when I had arrived, saw Aaron practicing. With a lance...weird weapon for a son of Mars to choose, but whatever.

The stands were soon filled with teenage demigods. Most of which were staring at each other and handing out death threats. The Ares and Mars cabins seemed to be getting along...somewhat.

I saw my friends and Callie take their seats and Calypso winked at me. I smiled back and Reyna came to the center of the arena.

" Welcome Greek demigods to Camp Jupiter. Today I am pleased to announce that the seven demigods who put Gaea back to sleep are all in one place since their big quest. "

Reyna pointed and the campers just stared. The guys with jealously and some winking at Piper. The girls with jealous bedroom eyes towards Percy and Jason. I guess some things never change.

" Today, we will be having a match between both camps. The campers who will be fighting are; our very own son of Mars, Aaron Kyro. "

The Mars cabin gave a very loud war cry for their co-counselor.

" And the Greeks' son of Hephaestus, Leo Valdez. "

My friends and my camp were all shouting my name and some inspirational stuff, like don't lose, kill the roman, don't die. Y'know. The usual stuff. But Calypso was shouting the loudest.
